Mexico Helicopter enjoying Mexico City and The Ritz-Carton! - As part of a wonderful adventure to Mexico City, Mexico Helicopter stood out as an experience not to be missed. I found their website to be well-done and complete, providing information and answers to many anticipated and unanticipated questions. Online booking was simple and straightforward. Follow-up by the staff (Martin) was immediate and attentive. Periodic communication was thoughtful. Requested documentation was easy to address in a timely manner. On the day of the adventure, I asked that the scheduled helicopter meet me and my guest at the helipad atop the Ritz-Carlton Mexico City. Martin first met us in the hotel reception area well in advance of our "tour" to complete necessary paperwork and provide answers to any left-over questions. As a representative of Mexico Helicopter, I found Martin to be a delightful man, spirited and conversational, with a keen knowledge base and a sense of humor. Being escorted to the Ritz-Carlton helipad by Martin and the hotel security staff was a regal experience. After the arrival of our helicopter (Bell 206), I found our pilot to be so informative, exuding an easy calm and confidence, telling of his advanced experience as a helicopter pilot. Departing the helipad, our flight and tour of the Aztex Pyramids, the City, UNAM, and much, much more was...exciting! Returning to and landing on the the Ritz-Carlton helipad was "one for the memory books." Truly, the entire adventure was beyond expectations. Amazing Date Experience - This is an amazing way to experience CDMX from above. We were picked up at our hotel by a private SUV and taken to the hangar where the helicopter was waiting for us. The staff at the facility and the pilot were super nice and accommodating! Martin was awesome at setting everything up for us and assuring everything went as planned. We finished the tour by landing at the Ritz with reservations for dinner at Ling Ling. Truly an amazing experience.
