An unforgettable experience - Having a private tour we learned a lot about the history of the Basilica. Each temple has a story and it all ties into one miracle. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and helpful in answering our questions. If you’re looking to have a private one on one tour this is it.

Loved our tour! - We had Andrew as our guide for the tour of the Basilica. He was awesome!! He had so much knowledge of the Basilica and all of the chapels and miracles!! We never would have experienced the grounds or understood the meanings of the statutes etc. without him. We hope when we book our next tour to the temples that we could have Andrew as our guide. We really enjoyed him and the tour!!

An unexpected adventure - Visiting La Villa was memorable and we were grateful to have our guides, Emily and Diego, with us. They were sweet, kind, patient, and gave us different options along the way since we had some special circumstances. We got caught in a rainstorm but Diego took one for the team and ran out in the downpour to find us ponchos. He also made sure we had water. Emily helped me make a purchase in the gift shop and educated us along the way. The whole thing ended up to be even more dramatic than I’d hoped!

Amazing sightseeing - The sites were amazing to see, lots of walking so wear comfy shoes. Pablo our tour guide was friendly and very knowledgeable, I would definitely book with him again. Getting to and from the basilica took a little long as we rode the public bus however it was not that bad.

Tour guide extremely hard to understand - I’m sorry to say but the tour guide was not very good at all. Even though I booked an English speaking tour, the young lady was very hard to understand and I’m not sure she understood English since she could never answer my questions and would give answers not pertaining to what I asked. I only understood 10% of what she was saying. You can really do this tour on your own, for free. Catch an Uber and all what you can see is free and you won’t have to worry about a tour guide who you can’t understand. Sorry. Maybe this tour company needs to hire people who speak English for the English tours.
