Absolutely beautiful! ... - Absolutely beautiful! The water was perfect and clear. We beat the crowds so we got to enjoy the pools with no interference. Our tour guide, Max, was very sweet and helpful.

The best day trip! - This was a great experience from start to finish. Our tour guide, Ivonne was amazing, very sweet and accommodating. We arrived at Tolantongo very early (as scheduled) so did not have any issues with finding space and having privacy at the pools. There are also five hotels on site should you choose to stay over a night. Not too far from the pools is a beautiful waterfall and cave that you can enter and there’s also a restaurant and a few souvenir shops on site. Overall I highly recommend booking this tour.
*Also water shoes are better than wearing sandals so don’t forget to pack those.

Grutas Hot Springs & Cave tour - Had an amazing time! Vic Ricardo & nina were our tour guides they were awesome and really fun & helpful. We went into the hot springs and relaxed then did a tour around the cave. DEFINITELY BRING WATER SHOES because the caves can be intense & rocky. but they are so much fun. Unforgettable experience

Once in a life time experience - One in a life time experience and beautiful location and caves. An excellent group tour experience! Everything was well-organized and seamless from start to finish. Richard was an absolutely amazing guide — attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable and taken care of every step of the way.

Amazing hot spring experience with Ricardo and Mario Guteruz - Ricardo and Mario were amazing and super knowledgeable. I highly recommend there services to anyone in Mexico City. The caves are extremely beautiful and are worth waking up at 4am for

Amazing Hot Springs & Cave Adventure with Richard & Mario - Just had an amazing day with tour guide Richard and driver Mario! As a family of 3, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Mario was a skilled and friendly driver who made the journey enjoyable. Richard was incredibly knowledgeable about the caves and hot springs, and was especially great with our child - explaining everything in a fun, engaging way.
The hot springs were absolutely perfect, and exploring the caves was such a unique experience. Both Richard and Mario went out of their way to make sure we felt safe and had everything we needed. They even helped us get some great family photos!
Our kid is still talking about this “adventure” days later. If you want a memorable family experience with guides who genuinely care, definitely book with Richard and Mario. Thank you both for making our Mexico City trip so special!

Beautiful fun day - My family had a wonderful time with Richard and Mario visiting the hot springs and caves. It was even better than we expected. Pickup was smooth. The springs and canes were beautiful. Mario is a great driver and we felt safe with him driving. Richard is very known and passionate and the history and geography of the area. I recommend this tour to anyone
