After being picked up from your accommodation and leaving Mexico City, you will head to the city of Cuernavaca. Here we will visit the cathedral dating back to the 16th century, which is believed to be one of the first Franciscan constructions in Mexico. You will enjoy a short rest before continuing the trip to the city of Taxco in the state of Guerrero. Where we will visit a replica of a mine to learn about the importance of the mining industry in Mexico for about 400 years. Our guide will take you to a recognized restaurant in the area, where you will have the opportunity to sit down for lunch and try various typical food of the region. This combination of authenticity and variety will make this a lunch to remember. When you finish, you will walk through the emblematic streets of the city until you reach the famous church of Santa Prisca, where you can appreciate the baroque style (churrigueresque) and learn about the history of the richest man in New Spain.
