Great tour! You will learn a lot! - Our tour guide Hector went above and beyond with his explanations of the various artifacts in the anthropology museum and historic pieces in the castle. If I could describe this tour in one word, I would use the word IMMERSIVE! You will learn so much. It can get a little long so adults will be okay but I think teenagers or kids would have a hard time.

Very informative and memorable! - We did the tour with Lilly and it was great. Lilly’s storytelling was very memorable, and we felt like we walked away with a great understanding of the different indigenous peoples of Mexico and their history.

A return to the past - A place full of culture, history, was fascinated, we hired guide before entering and it was sensational, everything you learn, you enjoy more, clearly only for those who like history. Its gardens are beautiful, the views, everything... Enjoy every moment I was there.

AMIGO TOURS IS THE WORSE!! FRAUD!! - BE AWARE OF FRAUD WITH AMIGO TOURS!!!!! We booked the Chapultepec Castle and Anthropology Museum tour in Mexico City. Our meeting time was 8:50 a.m., but due to unexpected traffic and an accident, I emailed in advance to let them know we would be a few minutes late. I also called both the emergency contact number and the number listed on the confirmation page, sureno one ever answered. When we arrived, the tour had already started without us. To make matters worse, when we tried to enter the Anthropology Museum, we were told that the barcode provided by Viator/Amigo Tours was not a valid QR code, and we had to repurchase our own tickets to enter. Their customer service was completely unhelpful, offering no solution or refund. At the very least, Amigo Tours should have sent us working QR codes to avoid unnecessary expenses and frustration. Overall, this was a terrible experience — poor communication, no accountability, and extra costs out of pocket. Would not recommend Amigo Tours to anyone!!!!!
