Damage and frustration - I had to buy a ticket and get in the queue, because the email with the PDF of the tickets is badly done, there is a lot of writing and the PDF of the tickets is written in tiny letters at the end of the email. I tried to contact several times at the museum door to locate the PDF with the tickets and they didn't answer me. To make life easier for the traveler, the PDF of the tickets should be highlighted. Loss of $20.

Do not buy Amigo Tours skip the line tickets - Beware! The so called "skip the line" tickets are not to skip the MAIN line, which cueues outside of the museum. In the morning this line moves, but in the afternoon it doesn't. This is the line that holds you back. Basically Amigo tours sold us museum tickets at the premium. If you can buy tickets directly from the web site, it is basically the same. Then Amigo Tours will not pick up the phone

Not allowed to skip line... - Not allowed to skip line outside and inside line short. Friends paid $10 US while we paid &24 with Viator. We did not have tour so cannot comment on that.

No ticket sent - Never got an actual ticket sent to me through viator. Email from viator says not actually a ticket. Got an email for an apple wallet that said ticket but museum didn’t accept that one with a bar code. Just ended up buying another ticket at the museum.

Don't buy it! - There were no lines to skip at 11 am on Tuesday and come to find out anyone over 60 is free anyway. It's a scam, at least in January! I should have read the reviews.
