The History of Mexico City: Before & Now - That the driver had to drive in Mexico City traffic not me! My tour guides were delightful, informative, & friendly. I really admire the President of Mexico because of one thing.....He wanted to be near his people in the building close to the main square where the city & religious buildings were also located. The food & the people were authentic....not Tex-Mex.....I enjoyed being in Mexico City a lot. I will go back & visit Mexico City again!!!

Will be good Learning Terminals for Airlines Plus better Management. - Manager and driver were friendly; However I was picked up over 1 hour late, and at the return I had to pay for additional transportation at the airport because driver does not know the terminals for the airlines. Even though I mentioned prior to the dates several times on the page & whatsapp the airlines, flight # and time. As well as, I did not have wifi connection directly at the airport. Both ways inconvenience.

No show - Driver never showed up. I called but no answer. There was also no communication from them on my arrival so I wound up taking a taxi.

FAILURE to ARRIVE @ CDMX Airport - Driver never showed up at the airport & have asked for a refund. Viator night agent helped me deal with everything for about 30 min Ended up taking a taxi to my hotel.

Not worth it!! - The pick up was completed by a Uber driver contracted by Y&D Travel. This was not a round trip and I had to pay additional to return to the airport. Y&D company told me I did not pay for roundtrip.

mad - Nobody was waiting for me at the airport. When I called to ask they said something was happening but that if I waited a while they would now send someone. I was never notified that they couldn’t pick me up. Ended up canceling my service with them!
