Cherry Blossoms - Drawn here mainly by the cherry blossom we went to the palace. What about .. the structure itself is gorgeous and the gardens are really immense and well maintained. I highly recommend buying your ticket online to avoid the long queues outside the ticket office, especially during flowering periods. Once you get to everyone's favorite destination the amazement is indescribable .. a spot of immense pink

A winter day at the Royal Palace - I recommend the ticket All in a Palace because they give the opportunity to see also the interesting exhibitions that are set up and the gardens where finally you can see the fountain of Hercules after restoration. The interiors are sumptuous, the Galleria Grande is remarkable, interesting the Juvarrian Stables where the Bucintoro dei Savoia and the Royal carriages are kept. Given the amount of rooms to visit, it is useful to divide the day between Reggia, lunch break outside the structure and return to see gardens and exhibitions, provided you are in possession of the All in a Reggia ticket. For those arriving by train the Royal Palace is a 10-minute walk from the station.

Lovely place. rude staff - Lovely place: the gardens are well-kept and above all flowery, they are wonderful, unfortunately we did not see them with cherry trees because they had faded, but they deserve in any case for a pleasant walk in the green; the interiors are also well kept and the route is interesting, they are not rich in typical furnishings or particularly well-known works of art, but they are still worth a visit. I highly recommend spending a day at the palace in company. The only flaws I found: the price is not exactly cheap, since the full entrance costs 24 euros, but especially the staff both at the ticket office and inside the various rooms, was very rude and not at all available to give directions

immense - When you see it from the outside it leaves you breathless by how immense it is. The Royal Palace is worth a visit of at least 2 or 3 hours, considering that the garden is very large for very long walks. The route itself is not striking, in the Palace we do not find furniture or objects belonging to royalty and many rooms are half empty probably plundered. Nevertheless, the central white salon alone deserves special attention in a word...immense and spectacular to leave you breathless.

Great work of recovery - Lovely palace. Amazing architectural recovery work that was done (well documented inside). I reached the palace from the center of Turin using the normal bus network. I would not recommend the Venaria express for the cost of the ticket and for reduced hours. If you have purchased a ticket to see the Castle of the Herd, you should know that they are almost 3 km from each other and there is no transport. I recommend renting an e-bike or a simple bicycle (at a modest price) near the entrance of the Palace and enjoy a nice bike ride. You can do various routes that also have riding stables and refreshment points.

Maestoso - The place is very nice and especially very large. The full visit can take several hours. It is always worth booking the guided tour. The paths along the rooms are unclear and you can easily "lose" them. If you accidentally skip some rooms you can no longer go back because you are prevented. The park is very large and can accommodate thousands of visitors. The bar is a nightmare, better to arrive already with what you need. The advice is to visit calmly and enjoy the beauty of the place.

BEAUTIFUL VISIT WITH BITTER END - Beautiful palace for how it has been restored, for the preparation of the route between the historic premises that offers a very effective and well-structured explanation even with captivating and engaging videos. Truly fascinating also for the unique pieces present, its gardens and its regal atmosphere of what was our Italian kingdom. Where's the bitter? At the end of the inner path there is a nice shop of many books and some gift items but arrived to pay...deserted cash! Cash register open with still the last line visible but no sign to give an opening time, break or a banal "I'll be right back". After five minutes of total limbo I called the palace number but they didn't know if the cashier was on her lunch break. The pause is an INALIENABLE right but abandoning a book shop to fend for itself is unacceptable: I blame those responsible for not being able to organize the closure of the shop. A couple of guards of the palace (not of the shop) twenty meters knew nothing, nor from their distance could they have seen any visitor less honest than me who, impatient, could have left very quietly without paying anything. What have I done? Very bitter I put my almost purchases on the counter and sadly left, because I had an appointment in Mappano and I could not be late. That's sad. This is what I would never want to see in our beautiful Italy but this is how we are: very good at some things and absolutely and absurdly disorganized in others.

Great disappointment - Easily accessible by public transport during the week, disappointing overall visit. I expected much more from the visit of a palace so vaunted but touristically poorly organized.

Venaria Palace: SEE YOU AGAIN!!! - Royal Palace of Venaria REALE + GARDENS 4 March 2025 Forced to 1 dot, I would put 0 I've dreamed of it for years... Running match of Milan towards Collegno x "moral support" of historic friend.... I find myself having lunch a few steps from Venaria. So I decide to take advantage of the opportunity... Arrived at the ticket office begins a nightmare that I summarize with: RUDENESS and DISORGANIZATION. Still, "warm the place up", poor ability to interact with audience, barely knowing your LOCATION (in the theaters) At the ticket office you reach apotheosis of menefreghismo, arrogance, disorganization.... I am referring to Mrs. Desirée & company: the cashiers are provided with badges that hold backwards and, after treating the customers badly and with sufficiency (hands in pockets) they REFUSE to TURN IT, SO THEY DO NOT SHOW THEIR NAME. In addition they are misinformed about schedules and various writings on their site and give incorrect info about audio listening. DIY Council DO NOT COUNT on knowledge placement of staff, ready only to REITERATE 1000 times room of their stool and nothing more. ONLY POSITIVE NOTES : 2 young hostesses welcome at the 'Reggia entrance + lady at the earphones. I LOOK FORWARD TO CALLING MANAGERS.
