Evasion - I have known Qc terme Torino for years. Always fantastic experience. Top reception staff. Note of merit to Signa Elisa who provided with professionalism and kindness to meet me for a problem on my booking.

Qc a guarantee!! - Being in the city center certainly does not allow you to enjoy the views of other structures .. but the center is very elegant and nice! Entrances I would say suitable for spaces, good cleaning and very nice Christmas decorations! Maybe calling back someone who raises their voice wouldn't hurt.

Relaxation day - It was my second experience, I would say overall positive. The environment is pleasant and, during the week, not too crowded. The outdoor pools are suitably heated. The dressing room is equipped with all the necessary products for body care. The premises are clean. My experience was not completely positive for the following reasons: - the aperitif is just enough. As written in other reviews, there are practically only sandwiches, pizzas, breadsticks and fried (bad) things. It saves Baladin beer and cocktails that can be composed independently with bruts and juices - most people have no idea how to move around a spa, so they laugh, talk loudly and even bring their slippers to the sauna. We need more control from staff They stole my slippers and bathrobe. Fortunately they were promptly replaced - in the showers of the women's changing room there were mounds of hair on the ground that were not really pleasant to look at and the body cream dispensers were empty

Always a good experience. - I always like to go to this place even if I find a worsening Service. Years ago, bathrobes and slippers were delivered depending on shoe size and size, but now they are already in lockers. Surely they have saved staff and there is no more queue for delivery, but this way there are some people who have a huge bathrobe that gets wet and dirty immediately touching the ground and others who can not even close it. I find that's not a good Service at all. Same with the slippers. Then a flower brooch with the name was or marked at an additional cost of his euros. It was a token of recognition for your bathrobe. Now not anymore and punctually the bathrobes are exchanged., it's not really the best hygiene. There are events in the course of the. Day, but inside the center are not exposed with times and places of execution. They're only shown at the entrance and you can't remember them all, so you come across an event by pure luck. Even the aperitif is not the maximum 4 burnie, both for one and two, with apple, dried sausage, olives and cheese cubes. Then available bread, pizzas and fried (especially sage often burned and dried) and not good pretzels. It is not indicated that you can ask for drinks, such as Crodino at the bar, in short, that here the Service leaves something to be desired, but it is included in the price of daily admission. For the price that has reached the daily admission ticket you expect an extra effort. Also on the way out: once you got a free bottle of water, then a cream and a hand sanitizer. Ice cream in the park, breakfast for those arriving early in the morning. Now all this is gone and leaves a little bitter taste in the mouth. Please return and give us the attention you used to.

relax in the centre - relaxation in the city center, clean spas, friendly staff abb., beautiful but not comparable to Prè Saint Didier, very good buffet eating.

Very disappointed - Prices increased excessively 78 euros on Monday is unacceptable for the Service they give. At the reception always impeccable and kind. Inside, however, both the bar staff and the cleaning staff grumpy, annoying, uncourteous attitudes. Very dirty women's locker room. Shower room with two boxes without soaps, some even broken, increasingly poor aperitif, not easy. Too many carbohydrates and little choice. For the change of bathrobe we did not receive the receipt and at reception the staff wrote "change of bathrobe" on the bracelet. When she asked for a bathrobe change, the young lady wanted the receipt. We showed her the bracelet with the obvious writing and she replied "I don't read there, you need the receipt", we told her that they had not given it to us and annoyed she replied that she would give us the bathrobes anyway but she should not have". I went there often but never as disgruntled as this last time. Very disappointed.

Spa of Dirty Horrors - More like spa of horrors. I have never seen a bathroom so horrendous in all my travels or life. The showers were flooded with a pool of 4 inches of dirty water and were clogged with balls of hair floating around. There were staff members in the bathroom who did nothing. The walls in the showers had black mold towards the ceiling. Half the water activities didn't work fully or were broken, hot tubs that said they were 37 degrees were more like 26, half the foot tubs didn't work, several of the saunas were lukewarm at best, and the apperitivo was all bread and the gf option was a bag of chips and 1/4 of an apple and literally 4 cheese cubes you had to split with your companion. Staff was grumpy. I've been to the Milan location several times and it was way more interesting and clean .This one was a huge disappointment to say the least. And a health hazard!

MY "NOT EXPERIENCE" - Unfortunately my "non-experience" with qc terme disappointed me terribly. I had a voucher with 2 entries that expired on November 3rd, but when I remembered it was November 15th. I write an email asking to still be able to take advantage of the vouchers even possibly with a small surcharge and I was answered that in a very exceptional way they would have allowed me to "recover" them with the payment of 1 full rate entrance, from Monday to Friday and by December 8. It seems to me a very undemocratic answer..

Absolutely not, last time. - We had already seen a sharp drop compared to the past, but we had been given a voucher and so we returned to take advantage of it. Spoiler, bad choice. We arrive on time for check in, long queue (at this point what is the point of entering an arrival time if you then have to queue)? Let's glaze the tail and go in. We go outside, seeing that the tanks were deserted. The water I highly doubt would reach the declared 35 degrees. It was very cold (outside ok, but in the water we could not resist) we literally escaped by clapping our teeth, taking refuge in a sauna to recover heat. Ditto the foot treatment was cold outside and just as cold the tub. Once the times of the various treatments were indicated, now we do not know, we were lucky to catch the aufguss (definitely mediocre) and nothing else. Nobody knew anything. We move into the tubs below, even those could not be called very hot, it was, but it was not pleasant. And here comes the main problem: people. Below, screaming from one tank to another like a fish market, in the break rooms the idyll: between people with phones looking at tiktoks and talking loudly or in the room with red lights a couple unscrewed the light bulbs and consummated intercourse. Obviously being that there is no form of control everything is legitimate. Aperitif nothing much, when you are let in you say: you serve the drink yourself, when you do to take a crodino you are reprimanded with much rudeness. Decide in the directions provided. Food under par. Basically after an aperitif we went out because the pools were cold, the saunas crowded (and in any case it was the only coast usable with pleasure) and the relaxation rooms, better to avoid them. Too bad because the structure is always remarkable, but under these conditions (and at these prices) there is no point in visiting.

Excessive costs - In recent months I have noticed that spa prices have increased almost twice, without the structure having undergone any real renovation. The staff was also unkind both at the reception and inside the property, which negatively affects the overall experience. The showers are not very clean and the bathrooms often lack toilet paper, a sign of inadequate maintenance. The aperitif is also very expensive compared to the quality of the food offered, mainly carbohydrates, bread, pizzas, various fries, food that is mediocre and not in line with the prices charged. Over 90€ daily, 72€ 5 hours.... A disappointing value for money. I don't think I'm coming back until concrete improvements are made. We don't like to be played. I recommend increasing the quality of food that minimum should be HEALTHY in a SPA. To go from a sold out to nothing is a moment.
