Great experience, if not surprised! - I read all the reviews but thought I'd give it a go anyway. Maybe we lucked out with timing 3-8pm but we didn't find it stupidly busy at all. The robes and flip-flops were fine, albeit I lost my flip-flops near the end bit I didn't really care. The facilities were just lovely. Waterfall beds, salt scrub, color baths, hard waterfall, another 4 Jacuzzis inside. You also had 2 steam rooms, a plunge pool and a bucket shower downstairs. Steam rooms were almost empty every time we went down there. You then go upstairs to the next floor where the bistro and massage rooms are, along with the relaxation rooms. So many! Must have been 7 or 8. Then you can go outside where there are 2 hot tubs and a warm tub with no bubbles. It was nice. Sometimes crowded but pick your moments. Upstairs again was a lot of steam rooms (around 4) and then a few salt rooms. The top steam room was always empty and had an outside so you could shower out there and sit out there. Only thing I'd recommend there is a water station. Then on the highest floor they had the Sky room with a self facial area and egg chairs with a water station. We didn't realise food was included so that was a nice surprise. It was average for sure, but the beer and wine was nice. The pastries and bread were fine. We paid €60 for 5 hours in a spa, having food was a great bonus as usually in the UK you'd pay £100 just for entry! Plus it was all you can eat and drink for 45 minutes which you can take full advantage of. Once done the shampoo and conditioner in the showers were fine, they did the trick. They even have straighteners. All in all, a great experience.

Unexpectedly positive - When choosing the venue I was undecided between Turin and Valle d'Aosta, but for reasons of timing I opted for the first. I thought my boyfriend and I (with whom I shared the entrance as a couple) would be disappointed because we thought this venue had less to offer, instead we came out satisfied. In fact, the section of the official QC Termetorino page that describes the wellness path is a bit misleading, as it does not list all the stops: the water path is more varied than it makes you think, as are the saunas. We thought we would finish in 3 hours, while to enjoy everything (and maybe repeat something like we did) it takes at least 6 hours (excluding refreshment break). Some tips for visitors: • for those arriving by car: there is no private parking and it is difficult to find a nearby place among those along the road, so (you have to pay anyway), a convenient solution can be the covered parking of Porta Nuova station; • if you do not have a voucher for lunch and you do not intend to spend 29 € per person, I recommend breakfast, enter from 10:30 onwards and be booked for the first entrance to the available aperitif; by the way, on the website it is reported that the aperitif opens at 17, but, at least in Turin, the opening is at 16 (entering at 11 we were able to book for 16:15). Also, although in the reviews I read it is judged differently, it is quite stocked and you can stuff yourself as staying light for dinner. Demerit notes: • the stage with the continuous jet of hot water: in one place the water was burning and in the other three it could be as good as not, in fact in the afternoon people had realized it and the room was always empty; • the dimming showers: in some the temperature knob could not be turned.

Ample room for improvement - The place is beautiful. Designed to perfection. However, there is a total lack of someone to control and guide. Very few staff and only towel collection. Rude and rowdy guests for the most part. A single sheet that becomes wet and little usable. Hygiene? Mah….peccato

Disappointing experience - Half-day visit, from 17.00 to 23.00, having already attended other QC centers I found in this, although it has many services and a beautiful location, little attention to enforcing the rules of silence, which in such a place should be sacred. In the part of the inner pools, at times it felt like being in a water park, screaming and laughing at the top of your lungs. At the beginning of our shift, in the wine bucket there were 5 completely empty bottles, to bring the fried food to the table there were no plates, there were only small paper towels. Fried that I did not eat, being celiac and at my request for something gluten-free, the room manager practically "threw" a packet of chips and one of gluten-free breadsticks on the counter. Really disappointing experience, especially since QC is usually synonymous with customer care.

Promo birthday unusable - The Welness Birthday promotion (free admission for those celebrating their birthday with a paying companion) in my opinion not managed correctly, as going on the site to book I did not find any date and time available in the 7 days after my birthday to take advantage of the promotion, it is all sold out. Instead, normal admissions without promos therefore for a fee are available at any time and day. A promo in my opinion a bit misleading. I call call center for clarification but of course no exhaustive answer and little kindness, it simply confirms that there are a maximum number of entries with Birthday promo .... at this point I think that there are very few available every day to be full! I wonder how far in advance I should make this reservation to take advantage of the birthday promo!!

Relax stupendo..La shower you do at home - Very nice and relaxing. Reception staff helpful and very nice..You can not say the same for the catering staff, rather rude. As for the changing rooms no comment. 8 showers with as many hairdryer places, for 50 people in line. I went out without being able to shower and with wet hair. You cannot think of reducing a dressing room to two benches.

Rude bar area staff - Very nice and well-kept environments even if cleaning is difficult when there are many people. Small lockers and chaotic changing rooms. Upon arrival they mark on your bracelet the time of the aperitif but no one then explains how it works. The rude bar staff and unprofessional lounge assistants (they assume everyone knows how to do it and treat you with decency). Better training of staff in contact with the public would be helpful. The real problem is then to be able to identify your bathrobe, I do not think it is complicated to find a solution! Not satisfied considering the price of admission!

Bad experience - Chaos in the women's locker room. I suggest we review the access numbers. Awesome aperitif.... was not even good water.... and I prefer not to comment on the "kindness" of the staff at the reception. Rating from one to ten....ZERO

Relaxation break for couple - Prices that always rise without offering anything more. Disappointing aperitif compared to pre covid. Rude waiters who can't wait for you to leave. As soon as you get up to get something they take everything off the table. DISAPPOINTING

Bad assistance with phone call attacked from the call center. That's crazy! - I had a problem and called the call center for information. I was really badly treated for no reason. I was trying to explain, but the lady in question (Erina? She answered from Albania) was really annoyed. When I pointed out that she was taking the wrong approach, she disconnected my phone. I don't think that's the way to deal with a customer who politely asks for information.
