Parco Nazionale Del Vesuvio - You will first reach the Vesuvius. Once at 1,000 meters, you will begin the ascent walking tour up to the crater. At the top, you will have the opportunity to know more about the Vesuvius, thanks to the alpine guide service, which will provide you important information about its eruptions.
If the Vesuvius is closed due to bad weather conditions or landslides, it will be replaced with free time in the Herculaneum Ruins - Contrada Osservatorio - You will pass through the panoramic street which links the Mount Vesuvius to the restaurant where you will stop for lunch.
- Kona - You will have lunch in a pizzeria on the slopes of the Vesuvius: you can choose between the most typical Neapolitan pizzas: Margherita or Marinara.
- Pompeii Archaeological Park - You will head to Pompeii, where an authorized guide will wait for you, for a visit of about 2 hours. At the end of the visit, you will have a break for lunch.

Yet, your adventure doesn’t stop here… you will ascend to an elevation of 1,281 meters to marvel at the vastness of Vesuvius’s cavity and a heart-stopping panorama of the Naples Bay.
- A current valid passport is required on the day of travel
- Confirmation will be received at time of booking, unless booked within 1 day of travel. In this case confirmation will be received as soon as possible, subject to availability.
- If the group does not reach a total number of 6 people has not been reached, the authorized guide in Pompeii will be replaced by audioguides.
- If the Vesuvius is closed due to bad weather conditions or landslides, it will be replaced with free time in the Herculaneum Ruins

Very well programmed tour - Alice was our tour lead. Superb tour leader with a good introduction and explanation at each point. It was an extremely good idea to start the day with the walk up Mt Vesuvius as it was quite taxing for us 60+yr olds. View of Naples was not so clear but good enough to see it. The climb took us some 25min from the entry point. And the walk to the end around circumference of the crater took another 20+min. We were given 1.5hrs so tight but doable.
Lunch venue was at Kona n the pizza included was very very good. Included also was a drink and you had options of water, aerated drink, beer or wine.
The tour to Pompeii was also superb. Claudia the guide assigned to us was knowledgeable about the history of Pompeii which made the 2hr walk a very short time.
Overall this was a superb tour with good value for the price.

Excelent! - It was a wondeful experiente! All was very nice, the guide (Alessia) was absolutly amazing and all the places were fantastic!

Alessia was a great... - Alessia was a great guide, funny and friendly. The tour was informative. Got to hike up to the top of Vesuvius. Had lemoncello tasting and pizza for lunch

Take this tour! - Highly recommend HP Travel. The organisation was first class,Alisia did an amazing job, Tino is an excellent driver, Lilia the Pompei guide was spectacular she made history come alive. By far the best tour we have ever done in Italy.

Great tour of two historic areas - This day was everything I hoped for. I enjoyed the hike up Mt. Vesuvius and touring the ruins of Pompei. Our guide was enthusiastic, friendly, and seemed to genuinely love sharing her city with us. We stopped at a cute restaurant fora tasty lunch, and a little roadside store to learn about local products. We even got samples!

Very nice day in Napoli - Very nice tour. Alessia was a great guide. Very cheerful, energetic and helpful. She made the tour very pleasant. The tour was well organized and our driver Tino was super professional in those tight roads.

Best small group, day trip to Vesuvius and Pompeii - This was an amazing experience. Viator and HP Travel provided us with the perfect day trip. We were about 20 people. The minibus was extremely comfortable and well air conditioned. Our driver was excellent and our tour guide Alex was fabulous. She keep our group moving from place to place with perfect timing and precision. Any issues with entry tickets were easily resolved without any stress or worries.
Our time in Pompeii was amazing. Our archeologist Francisco (Indiana Jones) is native of the area and grew up playing in the ruins. His work is his passion and it showed. He was knowledgeable, professional and funny. We were very lucky to have him as our guide.
Alex was professional, witty , knowledgeable and a pleasure to be with. I researched many tour companies for a small group tour and I am so glad we did this one. I highly recommend that you just book it!

Amazing places to visit. - Really enjoyed going to mout vesuvius and pompeii. We'll worth doing with a guide.
Only issue was coach pickup was running late and we felt a little rushed at times
