Pino an amazing host and knowledgeable - Fantastic wine and food tour with Pino. Located at the wine cafe da Mario we enjoyed 3 wines and 3 food tastings all excellent quality and a perfect explanation of it all. We found Pino lovely and friendly and would recommend anyone to try this experience.

Wonderful Wine Tasting - We had such a fun time and really enjoyed the knowledgeable server who took the time to tell us the story behind the wines we were tasting, as well as their relation to local grapes or their unique composition. The food was paired nicely and all was extremely fresh!
We sat outside amongst the other tables which was nice but also slightly disruptive to the experience, as it was difficult to pay attention to what the server was saying/explaining, as well as being amongst a lot of cigarette smokers.
Otherwise was a great experience and would definitely recommend it to other travellers!

Fabulous wine, OK experience. - Overall, we wanted to love this experience, but felt it lacked a bit of a personal touch. We arrived early for our tasting, we were happy to sit and have something else from the menu, but were offered the opportunity to begin right away. We accepted and were introduced to two white wines and one red wine. We absolutely loved them all. The pairing was with traditional Italian appetizers that were filling. It took a while for us to move from one serving to the next, and whereas each introduction of the wines felt very rushed. We said we probably would’ve enjoyed the Wine Cafe more if we just would’ve ordered what we liked. It is a beautiful spot and we truly did love the wine. I would not book this experience again, but I would definitely go back to the Wine Cafe.

Consisted of 3 Italian... - Consisted of 3 Italian small plates with 3 wine pairings. Too much bread. Location was interesting and host informative on local wines. For the $ might be better going to a favorite spot order small plates with wine

Very poorly managed - I was alone in the activity. They should have canceled it if there wasn't a minimum like practically all these activities do. It didn't make any sense... Fair enough explanation. A minimal explanation about each dish. I have to say the excellent wines and food but the rest... I ended up searching on ChatGPT for information about the wines and the area to do the tasting myself.
I have been to tastings with 3/4 people and when there are so few people what you do is stay and accompany more customers.
No sense...

Boring.. not worth it!! - Not worth it… sampled 3 wines and 3 apps (only one app was good) in 95 degree weather at an outside table for 2 long hours. We thought this was boring.
