Excellent early morning tour - This was an excellent tour, travel and organisation was well planned. Our tour guide Frankie was extremely knowledgeable and amusing. It is sensible if you can to get the earlier tour.

Great time in Pompeii - We had a briiliant lady guide who was full of enthusiasm for her subject. It was nice to know she lived near. Well worth a visit.

Brilliant 2 hour tour - We really enjoyed our tour around Pompeii; it would have been hard to do without a tour guide to explain and bring things to life. Our guide, Angelo, was excellent and pitched the information at exactly the right level. His enthusiasm for the history was contagious. 2 hours was enough because it was very, very hot but we felt that we had a great overview of most aspects. Our only complaint would be that the organisation of groups on arrival and the finding of transport back to Naples afterwards was not very organised - we waited 15 minutes for a return trip but with no contact/explanation from a tour representative.

Very interesting - Really interesting and our tour guide Angelo was a great guide ! Two hours is probably the right length especially in the heat !!

Go to Pompeii with special Service, comfort, sympathy and knowledge. A memorable experience. - We departed from Napoli in a comfortable and modern van. The staff is always very friendly and attentive. Our guide Franky in particular led us through the ruins with much joy and knowledge. I highly recommend the walk.

The worst service I've received - They don't explain in anywhere that you cannot go with your kids, although you pay a ticket for them. They don't have the appropriate seat so they are not allowed to. So we couldn't go with the group, I had to rent a car and at least they gave us the tickets and the guidance on Pompey. The guy of customer service was disgusting and impolite.
