Toffini Academy stands as Napoli’s most renowned culinary institute, offering an enjoyable and unique gastronomic journey in an exceptional setting. We limit our class size to 16 participants to ensure everyone has their own personal cooking station and set of utensils.
The class is primarily conducted in English, however, we can accommodate groups requesting instruction in French, Spanish, or German.

In this extraordinary cooking class, we’re going to learn to prepare the ‘ragu’, following Eduardo De Filippo’s recipes whose devotion for cooking is evident in his works. Are you ready to bring home the unmatched essence of Naples? Which type of meat to select? And the tomato? How long should it be cooked? Under the guidance of our chef, we will unveil all the mysteries of classic cooking, and finally, we will relish in the meal we made ourselves.
