History, tradition and passion in a unique Naples and.. below - Unique experience made of history and many stories of strong and difficult everyday life since this magical place that is located in the bowels of Naples served as a refuge during the war and so much passion in the story made by our guide Ciro (BRAVISSIMO) who made us live everything with emotion and many precise explanations making me immerse myself in a Naples really rich in many emotions and life. Everything is dug into the tuff but you can admire a sort of "basin" of artificial water, the walls with holes where the Pozzani brought water into the houses, several tunnels and objects of the time and several rooms one in particular where the moment of bombing is reconstructed with images projected on the top of the wall and you can hear the alarm sirens when you escaped to the shelters. Highly recommended to everyone and a special thanks to our guide Ciro.

Water Museum.Naples - Fascinating and interesting route. Refuge of the Neapolitans during the Second World War. Worth noting is the preparation and availability of the guide. Worth seeing...

An experience worth trying - Suitable for everyone, even people with disabilities. The explanation is compelling. The films help us enter the spirit of those who were forced to live in these underground cellars in difficult moments in our history. The people who have worked hard to recover these places exude a contagious enthusiasm. My compliments 💯

Great respect for all Neapolitans who have taken refuge in the basement but.... - I state that as per the title the score should be 5 precisely in memory of the Neapolitans who took refuge to protect themselves from bombing and many of them died because of bombing or disease. For the rest I find the guided tour uncommunicative and this will be due to the lack of empathy of the guide who seemed to repeat an affective script even in anticipation of the closure. The feeling is that we have created, I do not mean invented, a path for gainful purposes. Also, since there is not much to say, a sketch with 2 actors projected and a very long bombardment simulated always with the projector is added to the tour that give the impression of being fillers. I saw a lot of staff maybe excessive for the size of the tour and some seemed picky. At the end it is 2 cisterns containing drinking water that supplies the city. Some remains of tuff stones belonging to collapsed houses that were used to make walls and delimit an embankment. Price €10 adults and child €6🤔🥱 For 15 € you can visit the Filangieri museum and at the same time the museum that houses the treasure of San Gennaro and children do not pay. Price to review.

Never book in advance... - Super negative experience, we booked well in advance also saying that we had two very young children, the museum we had discovered in one of those family sites. It was written that it was very nice for children, but why... It turned out to be a deadly bore, nothing special and especially impractical for strollers... Which they didn't tell us when we booked or even at the entrance. We tried anyway, they wouldn't even let us use the elevator to get off. Then the thing that finally made us really ... craze is the rudeness and insensitivity of people to the information point. I'm sorry, but I give this place a huge negative point. If I could put -5 stars I would.
