- Giardini di Augusto - The Gardens of Augustus, originally known as the Krupp Gardens, are botanical gardens located on the island of Capri in Campania, Italy. These gardens were established on the former property of German industrialist Friedrich Alfred Krupp, who bought the land in the early 20th century to build his mansion in Capri. Initially named the Krupp Gardens, they were renamed the Gardens of Augustus in 1918, the name they still bear today.
