You will then have about 4 hours of free time to explore the island by land.
- Capri - The departure from Marina Grande will be in the late afternoon. Navigation will be around 1 hour long.
Once arrived at the port, there will be transfer back to the starting point.

- A current valid passport is required on the day of travel
- The stop to the Blue Grotto is not included in the itinerary of this tour due to the long waiting time. All the guests interested to visit the Blue Grotto can do it during the free time on the island.
- If you are interested in the swimming stop, please select tour option with swimming stop.

Fantasy Journey - Beautiful experience. It is necessary to have all the day to do it with peace of mind. Lots of ups and downs, some queues. We were helpful in the transfer in the minibus. Beautiful views.

Capri is without any... - Capri is without any doubt a wonderful island.
Our trip however was unfortunately shadowed by the loss of my friends' phone and the poor help we received to take the necessary steps to report it to the police. We had to find out by ourselves where we had to report the loss (not easy when only Italian is spoken). Once we got to the police headquarters the
Napels police were extremely helpful!

Excellent friendliness and management - Capri is an incredibly beautiful place and definitely worth visiting. We were lucky enough to make a very well organized tour, which allowed us to enjoy its landscapes and charm without worries.
We want to thank especially Ciro Mercedes, who was fast, efficient and very professional in transportation. Thanks to him, we managed to get to the cruise ship on time, something that had us quite worried. We also want to recognize the great work of Teresa who managed everything with great kindness, organization and attention to detail. Your support was key to making everything go perfectly.
We are very grateful for the excellent service and definitely recommend this tour to those who want to live a safe, timely and well coordinated experience in Capri.

You should try it!Amazing! Easy !Value for money 🩷 teresa and nello frm hp travel were very helpful I highly recommend! - amazing,We also took the boat to do the circle of the whole island and see the secret spots! Lift chair from anacapri was the highlight because we enjoyed both the nature of the island and the unique blue !

Capri is magnificent boat... - Capri is magnificent boat trip was great and information from the guides was very good. Spoilt for us by a complete lack of organisation by the tour operator. The time for meeting was brought forward by 1 hour, the bus was on time and we were transported to the harbour were we then had to stand in the heat for 1 hour with no shade and wait for the boat whose timing had not been changed , on arriving in Capri we were herded of the boat walked through a roped area and back on to the same boat, the difference being that in the meantime other people had been put on the boat, and had the pick of the seats. When we returned to the mainland the organisation excelled itself , the guide got of at the first stop and left us , on arriving at our set down it was just chaos with several buses /mini buses, nobody had a clue what was happening including the drivers as 1 managed to reverse into another. A great pity that incompetence and inexperience with the basics spoilt this tour

Enjoyable day! - Pick up was a bit regimented but once at Torre Del Greco-Roman we had an exciting 50 minute sail to Capri. The one hour round-island tip was beautiful and on a much smaller boat dedicated to our group. We had been notified the day before that the free time was extended to 5 hours which was good.

Well organized with little time on the island - The transport worked well and the accompanying ladies were courteous and took great care of me as a solo traveler. Unfortunately, I could hardly understand the explanations on the drive to the island due to the poor speaker. It was better on the round trip around the island. The time to explore the island was too short for me. But it was enough for a first impression. As a day trip I can recommend it.

Hassle free - What we appreciated most was being looked after. It would have been difficult for us to navigate from our bed-and-breakfast to Capri by ourselves. This tour took the worry away. However, we were picked up very early in the morning, and had a 50 minute wait at the small port, which was cold and windy with no waiting room or bathrooms. I understand the need to be early in case of traffic, but it would have been terrible if it was raining. The waters were quite rough, and although we enjoyed the small ferry and took it as an adventure, some other people got very seasick. So beware, it can be a very rough boat ride to the island. the smaller boat tour around the island was very enjoyable. But we were only able to see one side of the island because the waters were a bit rough. Also, the blue grotto was closed and the waters were high, so it didn’t look like anything. Just be aware that on a tour like this, everything is weather permitting. I think I was expecting a bit more tour in the town. It was going to add more expense to get into the town square so we just spent our four hours at the harbor. It was quite fun, watching the crowds and the vehicles and the hustle bustle of such a busy port. The van that picked us up in the morning was very nice and comfortable, but we were picked up afterwards in a very old rickety cargo van. I was in the back row, middle seat, with no seatbelt and a very rattling door behind me. I was bounced out of my seat a few times. We made the best of it, and laughed like it was an adventure, but really it was not acceptable for a tour company to provide this poor transport. All in all we had a wonderful day, and were able to see Capri in a very organized manner.

Worst experience - 0.2/5 stars For Capri Day Tour
I'm extremely disappointed with this tour, which started on a high note but quickly turned into a chaotic and uncomfortable experience. The initial boat ride was thrilling, and the scenery was lovely, but that's where the positives ended.
The lack of assistance and poor customer service were glaring issues. We were left to fend for ourselves without any guidance or support, which was frustrating. The tour guide's behavior was particularly concerning - rude, unhelpful, and seemingly uninterested in ensuring our comfort or safety.
The return journey from Capri was a disaster. The boat was woefully overcrowded, with approximately 85 people crammed into a 45-seater vessel. It was terrifying to think about the safety implications, and we were all on edge wondering if we'd make it back without incident.
To make matters worse, the bus's air conditioning was switched off, despite the sweltering heat. The guide and driver seemed more interested in chatting with each other than attending to the needs of their guests. When we politely asked the guide to turn on the AC, he refused without any valid reason, which added to our discomfort. The fact that the bus had no windows to open made it feel like an oven on wheels.
The overall experience was marred by poor planning, a lack of customer care, and a blatant disregard for safety and comfort. It's unacceptable that the tour operators seemed more focused on making a profit than ensuring their guests had a pleasant and safe experience.
Unless they revamp their service and prioritize customer satisfaction, I'd advise potential travelers to think twice before booking this tour.
