Overall a great experience, not to be missed!! - We had a brilliant experience with Napoli City Vision, we purchased: SORRENTO, POSITANO, AMALFI and RAVELLO tour from Naples - Group Tour. Our guide Pepe was friendly, knowledgable and fun. Angelo the driver was professional and showed impressive skill navigating the narrow roads of the Amalfi coast. I would highly recommend this tour and make sure to include Ravello as it was the hidden gem on the tour! All stops had incredible views and we had free time at most stops to explore by ourselves (although this tour isn't 100% guided, the guide does show you some highlights at each stop). The drive along the Amalfi coast was beautiful and an experience in itself! The minibus we had was comfortable, seated 12 guests and had the much needed air-conditioning. The only other recommendation I would have is to use the bathroom before you leave and go at every opportunity on the way, as there is long periods of travel between stops. Overall a great experience, not to be missed!!

Fantastic tour! - The tour was great. Christian and Dario went out of their way to make the tour as pleasant as possible. They surprised us with the boat tour of Amalfi which was more than welcomed by the entire group. Overall fantastic experience!

Chris and Massimo were... - Chris and Massimo were amazing! Super informative and patient with us. We had my sister who is of special needs and they provided amazing comfort and were patient with her and all of us. 10/10 will return!

Amazing day trip - Great trip, we had a good amount of time at each stop and amazing views along the way. Tour guide Alessandro (Alex) was friendly and knowledgeable and did the tour in two languages to suit all guests, switching between the two effortlessly. Our driver Angel did amazing driving down the tight winding roads, a true expert. We looked at doing the trip ourself on public transport but it seemed impossible and I am glad we chose to do a day trip instead, due to all the knowledge we gained and all we got to see, would definitely recommend.

Wonderful experience. - We had a great time with Gabriel, Michael and Rosa. The guide was very knowledgeable, had a fantastic sense of humor, and provided a wonderful experience to remember. We enjoyed every minute and would absolutely recommend it.

This is the Italy I expected to see. - The tour was great, our guide Chris was very knowledgeable about the area. They slowed or stopped the van as much as possible to allow for some amazing photos. The stops were beautiful. Only issue: while the van had air conditioning, it could've worked better.

Should tours be cancelled when very poor weather is predicted? - It was very difficult to find our initial pickup. Once it had been located we were taken to a larger bus. All was going well until we reached Sorento and the heavens opened and there was a thunderstorm. Our guide wanted to continue even though we could see nothing! We set off and it was apparent that it was unsafe to continue. The tour was then cancelled and we returned to Naples. There was no mention of even a part refunded even though we had only seen one of the places we should have visited. The company knew the weather was going to be dreadful and the tour should have been cancelled as the roads we were going to be on were narrow and twisting.. The coach was aqua planing as we were driving on the return journey..
