Our drivers will meet you directly at the arrival terminal of Milan Linate Airport (please provide your flight details for this service). You will arrive in Milan city center in approximately 20 minutes, traffic permitting, in our modern, clean, air-conditioned vehicles. All our drivers speak fluent English, ensuring they can provide an excellent introduction to Milan. A complimentary bottle of water will be available for you onboard.

Each passenger is allowed one large suitcase and one piece of hand luggage. If there are more suitcases than can fit in the car, the driver may refuse the service, and the service fee will still apply.

In cases where hotels are located on very narrow streets, the driver will drop off passengers at the nearest accessible point.

The driver will wait for you with a sign displaying your name for up to 1 hour after your flight lands. Therefore, it is crucial to exit the airport promptly upon landing or, in case of delays, to call or text your driver to inform them of your arrival.
