Meet our staff at Villa Costanza, Florence Coach Station. Reach the meeting point getting on T1 Leonardo tramway to Villa Costanza (get off at Villa Costanza stop which is the end of the line). The ride is 20 min from center and you can choose the nearest stop. Our staff will wear a green shirt.

Picture Perfect - We spent 13 hours on a tour with My Tour from Florence to Cinque Terre. The day was perfect. Weather was brilliant and our guide Tabata was amazing. Giving us just enough information as necessary without bombarding us with facts and figures. We visited 4 of the 5 fishing villages and saw some brilliant sites and took some amazing photos. An amazing trip and just a wonderful break from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Cinque Terre and Porto Venere - Marta was an excellent guide who managed the group in a professional manner. She was very clear in her instructions about getting on and off the trains. At each village she was gave instructions about where and when to meet after free time in each place. The boat ride was great with a calm sea and beautiful views. It was a very good tour.

Pick no one but My Tour - Excellent tour guided by Alberto and Gustavo. They speak english, italian, french and spanish. We booked this tour like one day before looking from booklet left in our Airbnb house by our host. And we checked the review thus we convience to book this tour. And we did the right thing. In journey to Cinque Terre, our guide show how each city has its interest and history so they gave us a brief about it and let us explore the city in within enough time. And because we started early in the morning, not so many tourist at first city. But like an hour later, many tourist every where in cinque terre.

Edgard was fantastic! - Despite the early start and late finish, we had a wonderful time exploring Cinque Terre with Edgard leading from the front. Having travelled a lot and done many tours, I was really impressed with how he took control of a very large group of people in incredibly busy tourist spots. I would highly recommend this tour. The only downside was how crowded the towns were but I suppose that can't be helped.

Cinque Terra Tour - We had a wonderful tour from Florence to Cinque Terra and Porto Venere. The tour guide was Anastasia who was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and attentive to all the passengers needs.
I would highly recommend this tour.

Cinque Terre, naked - This is my kind of tour. Simple descriptions of the places to be visited with great transportation there and back. Free form touring without having to trail along with a guide rambling on about what happened there in the sixteenth century ad nauseum. You get to follow your nose down all those interesting little streets and alleys - meeting locals and chatting with shopkeepers and other tourists. Our guides: Anastasia, Gustavo, Asia and driver Felice were great and provided as much information about the towns as you wanted. I highly recommend this tour for those who basically like to explore on their own.

Great tour! Well organized! - The tour was well organized! We got to see Cinque Terre all in one day without feeling rushed. We were lucky to have a fairly small group that didn’t even fill up half of the double decker bus. The tour guides were very friendly, helpful and organized. They made sure everybody was aware of the meet up points and made sure everyone was on time despite the delayed trains from one village to another. We travelled with our 1 year old and the tour guides made sure she was entertained. Thank you to Anastasia, Gustavo and our driver Dario. Highly recommended!

Cinque Terre and Porto Venere tour - I went solo on the Cinque Terre and Porto Venere group tour with english speaking guides, Anastasia and Stephanie. They were both very friendly and down to earth guides. We had free time to wonder Manarola, Vernazza and Porto Venere and we were recommended and guided to the beautiful sites.
Even though our bus was changed due to unforeseen circumstances and it did feel a little rushed between locations, it did not effect the great days experience.
I would definitely recommend this tour!

Beautiful area, disorganized tour - The area itself is beautiful, however the tour organization needs improvement. People did not know where to go and felt herded like cattle.
They needed either two guides, or a microphone system to better communicate with people. One guide was trying to communicate with a full double-decker bus full of people the entire trip with no microphone - just a whistle and a note book.
The guide was clearly following their tight schedule but yell and then walk off quickly expecting people to know the plans. There was no information such as where we are going, a detailed schedule or when to get on and off the trains or boats. It was extremely stressful and chaotic.
The guide didn't have a flag or a communication system other than a whistle. The area was absolutely beautiful and we'll worth the visit, the boat ride was fantastic.
Overall, the experience of the location and gorgeous area was well worth it but the tour organization was stressful and disorganized.
The meal was pretty good at the restaurant and everyone made it where they needed to go.
Know that it was NOT a guided tour, it's more of a guided transportation. Nearly no information was given about the destination on the bus or otherwise.
I would recommend this area to a friend, but I would find another company.

Could be improved - Our guide was very nice. We spent 2 hours traveling from Florence to our first stop in Cinque Terre during which would have been great to have information, history etc. about the towns we were visiting. Instead we would arrive at each destination, crowd around the guide as she gave instructions on where to meet etc. I was unable to hear her EVER SINGLE TIME. I had to wait and ask ask her directly the time and place we were meeting for departure. I would not consider this a tour at all more of an organized transportation.
I absolutely loved Cinque Terre! I was skeptical about making the trip but so happy I did.
