Speechless, the ultimate 10/10 experience. - I don’t say this lightly, this was one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life. Marcelo, our pilot, wasn’t just skilled, he was magnetic. Calm, clear, and full of charm, he delivered a flight that was equal parts thrilling and deeply educational. I learned more about Mount Etna, volcanoes, and the spirit of Sicily in that short time than I ever expected. And adding the extra 10 minutes to fly over the coastline and the city? Absolutely priceless. Worth every cent and more. Marcelo’s storytelling, his perfect English, and his ability to make us feel safe while completely blowing our minds, it was masterful. We were laughing, wide-eyed, and hanging off every word as we watched lava trails, ancient craters, and Etna’s raw beauty beneath us. The experience started even before take-off, with a private transfer to the helipad by Raffaella, who made us feel like VIPs from the moment we stepped into the car. The welcome we received at reception was warm and genuine, the safety briefing was clear and professional, and the gift at the end was the perfect cherry on top. If you’re coming to Sicily and thinking of seeing it from the ground, don’t. The only way to truly experience the island’s magic is from the sky, and the only team to trust is HeliSicily. Triple WOW experience with best class service - We had a fantastic EXPERIENCE which upgraded our JOURNEY expectations to a completely new level. The location itself is a picturesque hotel at the skirts of Mt Etna, right next to the private helipad. The team was beyond fantastic. Olga at the entrance got us into the right mood with warm greeting and superbly cold aperols. Marcello the pilot is terrific - I have been flying heli before but nothing of the kind and mastership I saw today. Professional and concise briefing, accommodating flight pattern and impressive landing. Triple WOW Make sure to ask for the guide too - Marco added so much interactive context to the flight, that we felt super welcomed. Overall fantastic job guys, we wanted to do it again. Fantastic experience - A fantastic experience from start to finish. The check in at the pleasant hotel was calm and Olga, with her excellent English, was very welcoming and keen to explain to us what to expect of the flight over a complimentary drink. Marcello, our pilot was extremely reassuring and friendly and kept us updated with interesting information about the areas over which we were flying. As for the flight itself - a really enjoyable and memorable experience not to be missed!

Just perfect experience - Great experience, Team is great, Marco was very flexible to find a slot for us. Early morning flight at 7:15 am. Very good visibility in the morning. Marcello, the pilot is fantastic. He did the guided tour in French which was great for my teenagers. Etna was unbelievable, we saw some small explosion with lava. Fabulous. Then we flew above Taormina, very nice. It’s the only way to see the craters. Thanks
