Highlights
- Mount Etna - The tour winds through the visit of different attractions (at least 4): the ancient and recent lava flows; the Valle del Bove; the visit of a volcanic cave with lights and helmets; walk on the side craters at about 2000 meters.
- Valle Del Bove - Panoramic stop in the spectacular Valle del Bove, a natural amphitheater created by the collapse of the ancient eruptive centers of Etna. This stage may not be carried out starting from Taormina. Alternatively, you can reach the ski resort of Piano Provenzana destroyed by the 2002 eruption.
- Grotta dei Tre Livelli - Visit this or a similar cave with lights and speleologist helmet to understand the fascinating phenomenon of the formation of lava tubes. The guides will assist you in this fascinating natural place to descend into the meanders of the volcano.

Additional Information
The Etna sunset excursion is one of the most suggestive summer tours, as it allows you to visit, aboard our 4 × 4, some of the most interesting places on Etna until sunset. You will admire the Valle del Bove, an immense amphitheater that tells the geological history of the volcano. You will walk on the edge of some side craters where you can admire the panorama from 2000 meters and the extinguished lava flows of various eras. Finally, you will admire the colors of the Etna sunset while enjoying a sweet aperitif based on almond and raisin wine. IMPORTANT NOTES: If you have a car we recommend that you reach our meeting point in Trecastagni in MontataGrande where you will find free and safe parking. LANGUAGE: During the high season there may be overbooking of reservations for one language. In this case, a tour leader speaking the selected language will be guaranteed in the scheduled stages of the tour.

Incredible - Incredible experience. Would highly recommend. Both Sebastian and Francesco were passionate and very conscientious guides. The farm shop tasting was great also, being able to taste so many things grown on Etna. Thank you for the great experience!

Everything was great - The tour was great. We learned a lot about Etna and Sicily in general. The tour guides have declared it very entertaining for big and small. The tour was very interesting and very nicely structured. We would recommend that if you do the tour with sunset that you come a little earlier for the tasting, as there is so much to try and you can easily get behind schedule.
The tour is highly recommended.

Adventure on Etna - We had Alessio as our guide and he was fantastic, he knew so much about the volcano and the history of Etna. The lava caves were so cool and it was a really fun experience in the discovery! Seeing the sun set over the horizon on Etna with an aperitif was just spectacular!
It was a real highlight to our trip!

Mt Etna does not need to be erupting to have a blast. - Alessio brought Mr Etna to life. It is a fascinating place and we experienced it in its full glory. I had not appreciated how active Mt Etna has been in recent history and to walk a tunnel carved by relatively recent lava flows was special.

Beautiful not to be missed - Excursion very well organized and consistent with the description.
4x4 movement, impeccable.
Small group.
We had 1 Oraccio Guide who spoke French and explained the history of ETNA (very knowledgeable in geology).
3 stops, including visit to a cave with helmets and frontal loans.
We had the chance to see the sunset which was not obvious considering the weather.
Provide good shoes and pull+kway.

The beauty of Etna in a fantastic tour - An unforgettable experience. Mount Etna is really fascinating and our Guide, Mimmo, together with his wife have made this tour more enjoyable, with a lot of information regarding the volcano's history, surrounding geography, and culture.
