Additional Information
This journey involves a phased itinerary designed to showcase the unique natural attractions within the Etna Park reserve, up to an elevation of about 2000 meters. Our knowledgeable staff, utilizing 4x4 vehicles, will provide you with a thrilling and entertaining experience. We’ll start by exploring the lava flows that once threatened entire communities, then move on to visit extinct craters and the awe-inspiring Valle del Bove lookout point. We’ll weave our way down the volcano to visit a lava tube cave, equipped with a helmet and caving lights. We’ll conclude the tour with a tasting of traditional Sicilian dishes.
IMPORTANT REMARKS: If you own a car, we recommend you to drive to our rendezvous point in Trecastagni at MontataGrande.
LANGUAGE: During peak season, demand for certain languages may exceed supply. If this happens, a tour guide proficient in the requested language will be available at the planned tour locations.
- Closed tennis or trekking shoes compulsory. No sandals!

Great experience! - Amazing views! Very well organized! The farm and the owners were very nice and accommodating. Our tour guide, Sebastian, was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.
We tasted products produced by the farm and had a very nice lunch at the place after our tour.

Safe Way to Experience Mount Etna - This is a relaxed and safe way to experience the majestic Mount Etna. This tour company is very knowledgeable and take pride on their work. Highly recommend when visiting Sicily. The food and service at end of the trip if you choose to have a meal there is fantastic. Special thanks to our tour guide Sebastian was Amazing. Excellent insight in to Etna - Sebastian our guide was very relaxed and patient. He explained everything very clearly. Told us a lot about the history of the area around Etna both social and natural.

Great Experience - This was a great trip. The guides, Luca and Carmelo were wonderful. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They knew anything you may want to know about the volcano and took is on a fun 4 x 4 ride to see different things and the lava tube. I can’t recommend this tour enough.

Unforgettable tour on mom Etna - Jeep experience on mom Etna very pleasant and divided into several stages, excellent Guide Francesco who was able to provide interesting information without ever boring with local culture: much appreciated! Tasty tasting and the meeting and arrival location. We also had lunch there and it was all very good with views of the vineyards and Mount Etna.

Top experience with guide Luka - Top experience with guide Luka. Every geologist needs to visit Etna, volcanology is Luka’s passion. I also recommend traditional lunch at the end if trip.

Excellent Etna 4x4 tour experience - An excellent excursion experience to Mount Etna with Etnaexcurion.it.
Guide Gracia and driver Alexio.
Both were tops.
Gracia has a perfect knowledge of Etna and a big fan of Harun Tazieff, she will give you a complete and accessible presentation to all, in a perfect French!
Alexio is very nice at the wheel of his Defender. It will take you to the most interesting spots with, as an added bonus, an off-road passage on a steep trail.
The tour ends with a tasting of organic farm products: olive oil, pesto, homemade spreads... a treat!!
We sincerely recommend this excursion!!!

Very nice guide, very... - Very nice guide, very informative. He gave us a lot of interesting info on the creation of the Vulcano and its craters as well as activities both recent and historic. He took us to spots with not only a great view but also interesting history. At the end we had the opportunity to taste some nice local pestos, jams, wines, and honeys.
