• Dolianova - The tour will include a visit to one of the most significant dairies in the Cagliari region, renowned for its high-quality and diverse products, which have earned numerous awards and recognitions in both national and international competitions. The story of the dairy’s founder and his innovative ideas will be shared. Visitors will observe all the production stages of some of the most renowned cheeses, gaining an understanding of how milk is transformed into delightful products. The tour will cover all the extensive production areas, including the warehouse where thousands of cheese wheels are stored. Participants will be provided with special protective gear to ensure adherence to sanitary standards (coats, shoe covers, cap, and mask). After the tour, there will be an opportunity to unwind in the spacious and airy tasting room, sampling various types of cheese paired with a fine glass of wine (with a choice between white or red).
