Participants can bring their own e-bike at no additional charge, or they can reserve an on-site e-bike for €45, payable locally. The Apulian aperitivo at the mill is also payable on site (€10). Unless specified otherwise during booking, e-bikes and the aperitivo will be reserved for all attendees. For children’s e-bikes, child tandems, and child seats, please refer to “Included/Excluded.”

Begin your journey in the enchanting setting of Alberobello and enjoy a leisurely e-bike ride through the countryside. The route takes you along peaceful lanes, past dry-stone walls, vineyards, and landscapes dotted with trulli, allowing time for photos and scenic stops.

During the ride, visit a donkey farm to interact with these animals, then proceed to a family-operated artisan mill to learn about the grain-to-flour process. At the mill, savor focaccia, friselle, taralli, and a glass of wine. Conclude your ride back to Alberobello, taking in the countryside views and scenic viewpoints.
