Meet us at Bambike HQ located in Casa Manila Complex. It is a copy of an 1850 house, modeled after Spanish colonial architecture. Best to come at least 30 minutes before the tour as our Bambike guides will help you choose the perfect Bambike. There are a wide variety of Bambikes for different rider builds and each Bambike is unique! We will begin the briefing on how the Bambikes are made and the local community that it supports. We will then head out on Bambikes (bamboo bikes) through the major historical and cultural attractions within Intramuros! The sites we will visit includes the Fort Santiago, Plaza Roma, Puerta del Parian and many more. Our guides are very knowledgeable about Philippine history, cultures, stories, jokes! One of our Bambike ride highlights is an Intramuros wall ride! Filipino refreshments are available back at our HQ that will complement your educational workout.

Within a span of 1.5 hours, you will tour 6 prominent sites in Intramuros. You will have ample opportunity to explore these locations: take a stroll in the ASEAN Garden in Puerta del Parian, snap photos at Puerta Real Gardens, or watch the daily life at Manila Cathedral.

This excursion is conducted in small clusters, guided by local enthusiasts who love to share tales about their homeland.

All are welcome to join this tour! It offers a fairly relaxed cycling journey, with other transportation options for those who are not comfortable with biking. A bamboo bike side car with a trained operator is available for just 1,000 PHP for up to 2 people, and a regular side car with a trained operator costs just 600 PHP for up to 2 people.

Fantastic value, amazing guide - Steven was a fantastic guide he was very knowledgeable and very passionate about history and you could tell he lived his job. Always checking on people. The riding was very simple and really only took 20 minutes overall. there's lots of breaks, BUT you do have to have good balance on the COBBLESTONES, but THATS only 5 minutes overall. drink at the end was fantastic, same with the view. you can request they bring a fan if you get too hot, great value, very with the money. Water &toilet at start & end. So much better than walking tour, as that would be very hot

Well worth it! - Brilliant and unique way to see the central area of Manila. . A really friendly team and knowledgable guide. We felt safe and had a great time …with delicious ice cream at the end. We thoroughly recommend this inter3ting and unique take on a city tour.

not the usual bike tour! - the guides had a lot of humour and made me feel very safe with stopping the traffic for us! the bikes were easy to ride, looked very original and we stopped at beautiful gardens!

Better ride than walk. - Quite interesting, as it is better to ride than to walk. However, i thought we would ride more and stop less. Nevertheless, it was worth it. We learned a lot about the history of the place, through Anj's explanations, and saw practically all Intramuros!!

Fun afternoon your with friends! - Booked the 1.5 hr biking tour with 3 of my friends, and had such a blast! Our tour guide was both informative and funny, although at lightly lower energy, considering it was later in the day, and the bikes were comfortable and easy to use. (I hadnt been biking in over a year, but had no difficulty) The roads were, for the most part, smooth, other than the cobblestone we had to get over initially, but that was next to no issue at all. The stops were all very nice, but definitely left me wanting to see more (definitely will be looking into the 2.5 hr tour next!) The bike riding wasn't in any way arduos, so would definitely recommend this tour for everyone! The only thing that could classify as an issue was how one of the people meant to stay behind the group ended up going over some of us, but regardless, I still felt safe, even when the road was busy, or people were crossing. Overall, it was a really great tour, and the free ice cream they gave us at Bathala Bar was the cherry on top!

Good way to see the old city - Using a bicycle is a good way to see the walled old city. There are few cars and its a safe tour. Our Guide, Stephen, was knowledgeable and engaging. I like that the bikes are made at a commune in the Philippines.

Tour quality drops - After positive tour in 2018, I repeated the experience of bambo-bike. As 5 years ago tour was almost perfect, this time it will not arrive to the sufficient rate. Start was delayed by 15 minutes bur finished 11 am as scheduled. Initial Less stops, less explainations (and more confused), only 5 minutes each stop. Express tour will end at main cathedral when the next stop is saint Augustin church in front of the shop. It makes more sense finishing there. Evidenty business growed and parallely the quality decreased. It must be considered different options in Manila intramuros.
