- Via del Fante, 90 - We’ll get our hands dirty! I’ll reveal the secrets to making fresh pasta in three different shapes. You will cook with me and taste real Sicilian sauces!
Upon arrival, the experience includes a welcome flute of DOCG prosecco accompanied by typical products of my land (cured meats, cheeses, olives, bruschetta, etc.).
We will cook together step by step the fresh pasta that we have previously made and we will season it with the typical sauces of the Sicilian tradition.
The meal will be accompanied by DOCG red or white wine (one bottle for every two people), still and sparkling water, coffee and liqueur.
We will end the experience with a typical Sicilian dessert of your choice between tiramisu and ricotta cannoli.
My home will be your home throughout the experience. You will live some unforgettable hours to remember and repeat at home with my recipes.

You’d be able to reproduce these recipes at home, impressing friends and family with homemade meals while showcasing your cooking prowess at any chance.
