- Please bring appropriate attire (you will get wet!)
- We advise you wear water/tennis shoes and sunblock.
- Don’t forget water!
- Kayaks have a 275-pound weight limit.
- The minimum age is 12 years old.
- Guests must be 4’ 6” or taller.
- No alcohol or glass allowed.
- Coolers will be inspected at launching.

We enjoyed all aspects of our kayaking the Salt River starting with check in. Staff was courteous and efficient getting us on the river quickly and safely. The kayaking was serene and at times exciting. As a self guided tour we could stop and enjoy all the beautiful steep rock formations, nature, wild horses, and stop for some snacks. Bring sunscreen and snacks in ziplocks. Don't wear anything that could give you blisters while paddleing. This is a great outing and we highly recommend it.

Great scenery guide at the beginning was very informative and funny. We had a great time and really enjoyed seeing the wild horses at the end. Our driver back to the start was very entertaining.

I’ve done in 2 times in May. It was awesome both times. Wild horses both times. I can’t wait for you to extend the distance it’s so peaceful on the river. Lots herons and otters too.

First time booking kayaks going down the river I’ve been tubing down the river multiple times. Back rest on the kayak gave out and didn’t have much support for your back rest. But Ivstill made the best of it. Enjoyed the trip down the river.

The water level was too high and too slow compared to three weeks ago. There were more little rabbits, less paddling.
