All through the year, witness the wonderful spectacle of Bioluminescent comb jellies twinkling in the dark water as we drive through the ecologically rich Banana River Lagoon Nature Preserve. From June to September the spectacle amplifies as bioluminescent phytoplankton named Dinoflagellates illuminate the waters, making every moving thing glow, including you if you decide to jump in for a swim!
