First time kayaker - I have never kayaked before until this Monday and I have to say I was utterly terrified because I chose to go at night to see the bioluminescence and the water was choppy and the wind was wind-ing! I was about to wuss out haha . Drove up north with a friend to experience this and I would definitely recommend everyone to try it out! Saw a variety of wildlife and some bright shooting stars from the Perseids which made it extra special. Special thanks to Jorge for being our guide-very cool, informative, and friendly. He actually clipped us to his kayak for most of the time which I felt bad for , but he reassured it was okay! Went from being scared to enjoying the tour thankfully. No pictures, but this moment will definitely be remembered:) Definitely need to practice my rowing skills..

Dolphins, Manatees, & Plankton oh my - While initially I was pretty bummed about the location change because of wanting to be closer to a launch, the experience with Jackson, Kurt, and Lucas (apologies if anyones name is spelt wrong), was wonderful. They’re all very knowledgeable, courteous, and enjoyable to be around during the trip. Their knowledgeable information meets jokey jokes was a perfect balance of learning and light heartedness, allowing for not only a good time, but the ability to retain the tidbits of information due to how it was conveyed. We saw obviously the bioluminescence, as well as dolphins, some local birds, bubbles from manatees slumbering, and alligator eyes. This trip is for those of all ages and I highly recommend.

Wonderful experience should be on everybody’s bucket list - Went at evening when the bio aluminous was wonderful, saw dolphins, manatees and alligator. The aluminous lit up the clear bottom of the kyack. Was able to run our hands through the water and light up our fingertip trail. For an added bonus, we saw a rocket launch. It’s beautiful evening great tour guides.

A must do - Did this event with 16 year old grandchild and pick this as the best experience of our entire trip. We went on an airboat ride and saw gators, birds, eagles nest and was a fantastic time. We also went to Kennedy Space Center and had a lovely time but this bioluminescence boat ride was the best. Jackson,Lucas and Kurt were fabulous and to top it off- a launch went off during our trip. Thanks for a fantastic evening.

The Unrivaled Experience of Bioluminescent Kayaking - Beyond the rockets and the KSC visitor center, the bioluminescent kayak tour is a must! As one dips their hands in the glowing water, one's palms are left speckling with a momentary blue glitter. The mesmerizing experience transports one through a flashback to sitting in front of a grainy and static TV as kid. The visual dissonance rivals that of the visual effects of the Matrix. If time permits, I recommend you to take part in this experience.

Jorge and Lucas are the best! - Such a wonderful time. I will remember that for the rest of my life! Me and my daughter went together and had a blast. A fish jumped and smacked her in the face and a manatee surfaced right in front of our kayak and almost tipped us. I had no idea how big they were! Our guide said it was a male on his way to mate and we got in the way 😆. The Bioluminescence was really bright the night we went, it was a super moon during the Pleiades meteor shower, and there was heat lightning rolling through the clouds on the horizon! We couldnt have asked for a better experience!! On top of all of that our guides were experienced and knowledgeable. Jorge and Lucas were absolutely amazing!! Be prepared to get soaked btw.

The bioluminescence is absolutely magnificent to see and the guides were incredibly helpful and informative. - This trip was absolutely life-changing! The view was spectacular from both the horizon and the stunning turquoise bioluminescence. The clear kayaks gave multiple perspectives of the spectacular bioluminescence. Definitely a must-do for any local or tourist. The tour guides are incredibly knowledgeable, calm, and confident - I felt very safe and properly guided, especially by one particularly special guide named Keira. I would absolutely recommend this for anyone looking to see the real beauty of Merritt Island and the heart of Florida.

Night out EN Kayak - Night trip EN Kayaking on the Banana River EN group of a dozen DE Kayaks. Once in a lifetime experience. Optical effect DE plankton in water that gives an impression of glow. I wasn't trying to get EN back into the mangroves, but we actually walked along the edges. Nice and safe guides. We also had a little experience with a rabbit who was scared!
