Worth it!! - Great tour. It is a packed full day. Lots to see. We never spent too much or too little at any place. It was a great balance to see lots of stuff. Great value for what u see aswell. Our guide Michelle and driver Fransico were outstanding. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Experience - We had a fantastic experience, Jorge our guide is a professional cultural scholar, his explanations are clear, didactic and with a lot of details. Jorge is very cool, and he kept passing the time without us noticing. I've already recommended them to someone in my family. Our driver ("Luizito") was always very friendly and attentive.

Incredible tour. It was... - Incredible tour. It was the super sampler of inland Yucatan. Chichen Itza, Cenote, Izamal. Very structured and thoughtful. Jose was an incredibly energetic and friendly tour guide. Small group size too, which was nice. Would highly recommend to anyone

Well Organized Trip Admist a Highly Touristed Experience - Viajes Colibri Yucatan Tour provided an exceptional day trip to Chichen Itza that exceeded our expectations. Our guide, Maurisio, was the highlight of the tour, demonstrating a passion and excellent knowledge of Mayan history and culture. His attentiveness to each group member including; remembering our names, taking picutes, and helping in anyway he saw that was needed, made the experience both educational and enjoyable. Maurisio's committment to making everyone feel included and valued throughout the journey, was really special. The tour's impeccable organization set it apart from others. Every detail was thoughtfully coordinated, from convenient stops for meals and snacks to pre-arranged tickets for all sites. This meticulous planning allowed us to maximize a highly touristed experience with some ease. Viajes Colibri Yucatan Tour is highly recommended for anyone seeking a well-organized, informative, and enjoyable group tour experience.

Perfect timing - This is the best way to see these three locations. You get to Chichén Itza and the cenote before the tour buses arrive. Then you do lunch and get to Izamal after the tour buses have left. It’s brilliant!

amazing day trip - This was an amazing day trip. I had been to Chichén Itzá years ago but the knowledge that our guide, Mauricio, brought changed how I saw this amazing historic site. The cenote was a wonderful treat as was the final stop in Izamel. Our driver, Robert, was also wonderful. Mauricio was very accommodating to the group and also is an excellent photo taker (big plus)! I wouldn’t hesitate to book this tour - it was a great mix of history, exploration, and activity.

A waste of time (and probably money) - They took us to all spots so can’t fault them there. The tour went an hour or two longer than it was supposed to though, which was strange because we were constantly being rushed. The guide was more interested in telling jokes than providing info on the sites we were seeing. This ‘schtick’ became very tedious over the course of the 12 hours. He made it very difficult to ask any questions. Be warned! Lunch is not until 2.30 - over 7 hours into the tour you need to bring substantial snacks.

Watch out for guides - The sites scheduled on the tour are really worth visiting. Unfortunately, however, the day was badly managed in terms of time spent in each location. We met at 7am and arrived in Chichen Itza only at 10:30am when it was too late to visit the site in peace. This is a site that should be visited early in the morning to avoid the hordes of people who arrive with tours. More serious, however, was the little time we were given to visit the archaeological site: 30 min, instead of 2h as scheduled. Also, we visited it alone without explanation because the guide, Manuel, unfortunately had difficulty walking. I feel sorry for him, kind and prepared person, but not suitable to bring people on the ground. After paying the entrance fee of 30 euros (in addition to the tour price) you expect a lot, but much more. The other scheduled sites (Ik-kil and Izamal) were given the right time, but always without explanation "on the site": the guide gave only information during the bus ride. Surely my wife and I were unlucky to find this guide because another group, which left at the same time, followed the scheduled schedule and was happy.

BAD EXPERIENCE, NEGLIGENCE - BE CAREFUL WITH THIS AGENCY! We took this tour on December 29, the tour was delayed 1.5 hrs and we were sent to 48 people in an old truck with notorious mechanical failures and I showed it to the guide surnamed Ruiz since we got on and he had the nerve to tell me "and that you didn't see the other truck", still risked our life and finally broke down at 8pm in a ghost town, already very dark and no vehicular traffic and took more than an hour to go for us. Watch out for this "AGENCY." My complaint to the Ministry of Tourism is already in process
