Best experience of our trip! - This was such an amazing excursion. Our tour guild Jesus was the best. This tour is advertised as small groups which was a great seller for us. It actually was only our family so we had a private tour. We also had a family member who was a little slow moving and he went above and beyond to make sure we could enjoy everything we wanted at the pace we could do. Not to mention my husband saw a man reading a paper and said it would be neat to have so Jesus also made that happen. We learned so much about Mexico that you dont hear about in the United States. I have and will recommend this tour to everyone who is traveling there. Oh and the food and drinks..it was absolutely amazing and probably some of the best food we had. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!

Best part of our trip!! - This was such an amazing tour. Jesus was very attentive to everything we could need and was so knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help us out.

OUTSTANDING TOUR - This is a family operated business. There was only two of us on the tour. Jose gave us a great tour of the ruins, park and salt flats. After the tour we were brought back to the family 's restuarant and swimming pool. Lunch was great. The price was great! No cruise crowds to deal with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Authentic Progreso Experience, A Must Do! - I highly recommend Sergio's for cruisers who are wanting to get an authentic perspective on Progreso culture and history and have a great time. We were picked up and dropped at the duty-free zone in a comfortable air conditioned van. No waiting in line with large groups going for excursions through the cruiseline. Our guide, Uva, was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. After seeing the sites, we went to Sergio's Beach house which has an awesome set-up with a beach, covered eating patio, pool, plenty of lounge chairs, full bar, restaurant, and clean bathrooms. Our package included an open bar and buffet-style delicious Mexican food. There was a server and bartender. The drinks were amazing and priced well for those who didn't purchase the package. If I go to Progreso again, there's no doubt I'd choose Sergio's. You get to see and do more things than with the cruiseline excursions and you're also supporting an established local business rather than the cruiseline, who let's face it, has already gotten enough of my money as is. Sergio's is the way to go!

Perfect Christmas Day! - We visited Progreso on Christmas Day. Not the best day since everyone is hung over and most businesses are closed, but Sergio’s team was great! We saw flamingos in the wild, some Mayan Ruins, the salt mines and the beach house. We had the Grinch serve us tequila shots on the beach and over all really enjoyed our day. The food was excellent at the beach house! They accommodated any special requests as well. Would recommend again and again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Yearly girl trip - Jesus was great as our tour guide!! Food was great and ruins were beautiful! Just wished we had more time. Definitely will be back!!!

Great Time!!!!! - Great time! Jesus is amazing, knowledgeable and fantastic! Each stop was great…last stop at the beach house with the food amazing and incredible. I highly recommend!!!!!!

Informative tour guide and comfortable transportation - Positives - The tour guide was informative and friendly. The transportation was comfortable. The Mayan ruins and the salt mines were very interesting.
Negatives - The cenotes were closed (we were give a minor discount of $5 per person). We drove through the flamingo sanctuary but didn't stop there which certainly wasn't what we were expecting.

As advertised - We loved seeing the salt process most. Being on a small tour makes a difference because we were able to do more things and hear the guide easily.
