The region of Menton and all of Provence are full of olive trees that are used to make delicious olive oils, which are often infused with different flavors such as lemon, basil or truffle. We will taste some of them as well as the special vinager flavored with the lemon of Menton.
We will also taste the pistachio cream that is currently made in Italy but that will be soon re-introduced in Provence, as it used to be.
