Highlights
- Mendoza - After picking up all the travelers at the hotels, we will head to the first stop of this excursion in a journey that lasts approximately one hour.
- Potrerillos - Potrerillos will be the first stop, where you can get some fresh air, buy a snack and admire the lake, the Potrerillos Reservoir
- Uspallata - Here we will find ourselves in front of a pre-Hispanic settlement of aboriginal Huarpes and also the southernmost point of the Inca empire.
- Puente Picheuta - We will visit Villas de Picheuta, Polvaredas and Punta de Vacas.
- Puente del Inca - We will continue on our way to the Aconcagua Viewpoint without losing sight of the impressive Puente del Inca (Inca Bridge), a natural architectural work with hot springs.
- Los Penitentes - Afterwards, we will visit Los Penitentes ski resort, where you will have free time to ride the chairlift and get incredible panoramic views of the area (entrance fee not included).
- Parque Provincial - Mirador Del Cerro Aconcagua - The next stop is a panoramic viewpoint of Cerro Aconcagua, located at 2750 meters (9022 feet) above sea level. From there, head to the Horcones Lagoon and the Aconcagua Provincial Park.
- Las Cuevas - Following the international route, you will reach your final destination, the village of Las Cuevas (a European-style village, located at 3200 meters or (10 500 feet) above sea level). Between Las Cuevas and the international tunnel there is a road that allows visitors to access the Christ the Redeemer monument, located at 4200 meters (13 780 feet) above sea level.
- Mendoza - It’s time to go back to Mendoza and get a good rest!
The bus will head back to the Panamerican Highway by the same route and will take you back to the hotel in Mendoza around 7:00 pm.

Enjoy the mountain landscape in all its glory. This tour, one of the most popular in the region, takes you from Mendoza to the Chilean border.
On your journey, you’ll encounter charming spots like Potrerillos and Cacheuta, both essential to the province. We’ll stop at the Penitentes ski center to admire the winter snow. Further along, we’ll visit Puente del Inca, a natural rock formation that serves as a bridge surrounded by hot springs.
From a magnificent viewpoint, we’ll see Aconcagua Mountain, the highest peak in the Americas. Finally, following the international route, we’ll reach the customs complex “Los Horcones” and conclude our tour at Las Cuevas, a place with European-style architecture where we’ll enjoy a Mendocinian lunch at a typical mountain restaurant.
- You should wear comfortable clothes and footwear appropiate for the season of the year. Bring sweets, still mineral water, and sunscreen and a hat in the summer

Mendoza Mountain Excursion - Superb tour that showcased the Andean mountains and really was one of the highlights of our trip to Mendoza. Our guide was informative and kept the all group engaged for 12 hours!!!!

Super recommended - Undoubtedly it was an unforgettable experience of our trip to the city of Mendoza.. we could know the viewpoint of the aconcagua, the bridge of the inca, spectacular every place we passed! A fantastic tour - The views were spectacular. Alexandra was a very nice guide and her tour was very interesting. I highly recommend it if you want to have views and be on the High Mountain, it is a worthwhile day

Exceptional - We were undecided whether to do the high mountain excursion or not, because we were afraid that it would be very demanding. It was GREAT. The landscapes that we were able to see throughout the entire experience already paid for the tour. The day is long, but it is very satisfying.

Incredible! - It was the first tour of two we did. And we simply loved this tour on our trip to Mendoza. The landscapes that you can see along the route are spectacular... The "puente del Inca" and the view of Aconcagua are breathtaking! The guides were very attentive and friendly. The organization of the tour is impeccable, everything was very quick, we booked, and, in about 5 minutes, they contacted us via WhatsApp and had everything organized! Thank you for everything!

incredible landscapes - It was the 2nd tour that we took with the same agency... the landscapes that we were able to see on this excursion are incredible, but really incredible... bring the battery charged because you are going to get tired of taking photos. Amazing Views of the Andes - It is a long bus ride but worth it, amazing views and colors. Sergio was a great driver and Alejandra gave great explanations. Would recommend to anyone visiting Mendoza

Super ! - This tour is very good, although a little tiring, we were able to see the Inca Bridge, the Aconcagua National Park, the incredible landscapes that can be seen. Very comfortable transportation, very friendly guides! The route and its views are impressive! If you have heart problems, I don't recommend it haha since you can feel the height!!!

Ideal for photos - It was the second excursion we hired the agency and we really liked it too. We put 4 stars because it got very long, and in the end we were really exhausted. We must also say that we did it on the last day of our trip, then we were accumulating tiredness .. we recommend doing it the first days of the holiday. Ideal for viewing beautiful landscapes and taking lots of photos
