Great displays. Loved all... - Great displays. Loved all the displays and all the supporting information provided. This allowed me and my teenage son to thoroughly take in all the exhibits.

Brilliant visit - a must see in Memphis - This just added to the overall Memphis experience and a must see - really well done. We had the whole place to ourselves for most of the morning. Absolutely worth every cent of the entrance price - and if you have time, they do a discount for the Rock and Roll hall of fame. I met Lucille (albeit behind glass) and learned who Jesse Winchester was ,,,, Carl Perkins was so poor he had to knot his guitar strings if they broke ... etc etc. It's a mine of information.

Things to do in Memphis - Our hotel, Springhill Suites was a good location. Great view of bridge which was lighted nightly. Downtown sites, museums, Beale street, city park and Bass Pro are all walkable. If we needed a ride we used Lyft exclusively. Prices were lots better than Uber. Without your car, you will need ride to Graceland or Memphis Zoo. We really enjoyed both of these venues. The Bass Pro pyramid was cool. It's a Bass Pro on steroids on main level. Has rooms and cabins you can rent inside of it. We rode the elevator to top ($8 each) to the Lookout restaurant. Had lunch and then enjoyed the views of Memphis and the Mississippi River from the observation platform. Really enjoyed the MOJO city bus tour with entertainment on board.

Informative - We were on vacation with our 2 adult daughters and were looking for something music related to do. This was a good find - reasonably priced and full of information. It wasn't exactly what we were expecting as the name of the museum was different than the one we actually booked (it ts actually the Rock and Soul museum), but it was still enjoyable.

Frustrating customer - This experience was terrible we went to the pick up sight and no one picked us up our event, however no one showed up. We called and plus they gave us issues as well so we going to get our refund back so, therefore we cannot rate this, memories.

Great price but displays... - Great price but displays were very disappointing. Very few of the tv screens were available to view. The tour that said 1:30 minutes took literally 20 minutes. However, the most interesting part for me was seeing Elvis’s traveling phone or suitcase phone.
