It was a beautiful ride with my family touring a little of downtown Memphis. Ward was a great guide! We definitely want to take our girls to see the ducks at the Peabody after all his stories. Thanks so much for a great experience on our little field trip for the day.

Your driver DeLorrio, picked us up promptly at 6. He was very courteous, funny, and informative along the ride. He interacted with us & it was a very enjoyable ride. The next time we book a carriage ride, we will certainly book through Uptown Carriage & will request DeLorrio.

There was a bit of disorganization about our pickup area. We were told one pick up place and then my wife and I had to walk to another location. Thankfully it wasn’t too far away from the original pickup place.

I scheduled a tour at 11pm but was unable to make it because an event I was attending lasted until almost midnight. I let him know I couldn't make it and asked to reschedule and he would not respond. So basically he got my $95 and I got nothing, not even a response. I consider this bad business and I will not be rescheduling nor will I ever recommend anyone else to.
