Popeye Village - Popeye Village Malta is a great place to visit in the summer. There's lots of activities you can do beside exploring the film set like swimming in the sea or pool. When you get tired there're restaurants and bars where you can rest and enjoy the view.

Pop eyed with this fantastic place - We visited this attraction as it was very local to our hotel, and as we were here with our children- 12&10 yrs, we thought we would give it a go. We were blown away, my children loved it, and even though it is pricey, there is a lot to do for a day out- water sports in the lagoon, sunbathing areas up in the village, children’s activity area, mini golf, & the popeye show, lasting 15/20 mins. Restaurant on site, but we didn’t visit it.

Unexpected day - Honestly surprising... at the start I didn't know what to expect exactly despite having read many reviews. On the village built as a film set of Popeye's film has been developed this theme park where you can explore the houses, meet the characters and watch shows that follow one another throughout the day. The actors/dancers are extremely talented because they maintain the character throughout the day and continuously interact with people. Not only cinema because the bay on which the village stands is available to people with sunbeds and canopies for free use, inflatable water games and entertainers who organize activities and games. Beautiful water but the concentration of people always brings a little dirt and this is not very pleasant. There are several dining options and as in all parks the quality is sufficient with average prices. All in all you can very gladly spend a day from opening to closing without getting bored.

Relive the experience of the Popeye&co. set - Village/themed set of the 80s musical in recited us a young Robin Williams. Each house in the village is DA visiting Magnificently preserved in wood. Lots of visitors. Every day there are DA activities for adults and children. Finally, swimming in a crystal clear sea with the opportunity to try their hand at games, inflatables, slides for children and not. Cons: go there early because there are few beds to sit in / lie down compared to the many assailants.

Beautiful and fun place with great actors! - Me and my cousin had an amazing time! Incredible film set, you felt transported in time. The beach was amazing, super clear turquoise water. Super kind and fun staff. Special mention to the Mayor’s Wife, she was lovely to us, we chatted for a long time and had a great time, she is a very good actress.

Fun for the whole family! - I didn't expect to have so much fun here, it was like a mini Disney world! Your children don't really need to know Popeye (it was a favourite of mine as a child!), you can still have lots of fun without knowing the characters. It's very interactive and the actors/dancers make an effort with us parents too! There is lots to explore and it's in beautiful surroundings. I took part in a Zumba class in the sea whilst the husband took the children on the inflatable obstacle course which they loved. Yes the beach is VERY pebbly and it's quite hard to get out of the sea (I had to shimmy across on my bottom!) but it was lovely to cool off. There is also a pool area with some small pools and a kids' one which was great. They could do with a small pool bar though. The merchandise in the shop was quite reasonably priced. You could definitely spend the whole day here. It was definitely the highlight of our holiday to Malta and we'd definitely go again!

Fantastic experience - Fantastic experience with lots of fun activities such as watching a documentary about the film set, taking part in a short acting set, swimming, mini golf etc. Lots of food options and staff are very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend!

Scenic views but a little pricey - Its a bit pricey because it is not so much to see. For swimming its a bit crowdy. You can spent there maximum 2 hours or less if you dont swim. Otherwise scenic views.
