Nice and enjoyable experience - Just a wonderful experience truly exceeded our expectations. Our driver, Shane, was not only a driver but also a brilliant guide. He shared fascinating stories, turning the trip into an excursion through both history and wine.
The atmosphere was very friendly, with plenty of engaging conversations and valuable insights from Shane as well as the winery staff.
We enjoyed excellent tastings, a great variety of wines, beautiful landscapes, and a welcoming environment. We learned so much and had an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend it.

Great day tasting wine in Yarra Valley - Paul, the owner and our host today, is quite amazing. The history of Melbourne and surrounding area that he shared with us during the drive out enhanced the short journey to wine country. His easy going style quickly made the small group at ease, and soon we were all interacting like old friends. He clearly has done his research, and took us to fascinating and unique wineries ranging from small, family-run locations with low production to one of the largest in Yarra Valley. His commentary on the wines enhanced the enjoyment of the day. Lunch was phenomenal. Highly recommend if you enjoy great wine.

Great wine tour - This was a great day out, 5 good wineries, cheese and biscuits at 2 and lunch at another. The wineries were all of a high standard and the tasting tutors well informed. Paul at Vinetrekker has clearly put a lot of effort into selecting good wineries with a personal touch.
The lunch was particularly good and with a glass of wine included. Paul is a knowledgeable, friendly and professional host and made good company throughout the day. Would fully recommend this day tour, not the cheapest but you get what you pay for: good value for the price.

Excellent Vineyard Tour - An excellent tour of five vineyards in the Yarra Valley.
Paul was very punctual and took us on an interesting route up to the Yarra Valley with time for some wildlife spotting en route.
He is extremely knowledgeable and was very informative keeping up a running commentary up to the vineyards.
The quality of the wine was excellent, and our lunch at Yering Station was superb.

Best of Melbs wine tour - Had the most amazing time! Cam our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to spend the full day with. The wine and food were delicious. This was by far the best winery tour we've been on. It was a great mix of traditional and new wineries which all had something different to offer. I would recommend this trip in a heartbeat.

Superb wine tasting experience 10/10. Cam was excellent. - We have attended many wine tasting experiences in various countries and this was hands down the best.
Our day started when we were collected at downtown Melbourne and we were quickly on our way.
Cam was our tour guide for the day and we were instantly impressed with his professionalism and interpersonal skills.
We visited 5 venues during the experience:
De Bartoli winery
Yering station were we had a fabulous lunch
Payten & James
Coldstream Hills
Medhurst
At each venue we were presented with a tasting selection and comprehensive tasting notes by a representative from each individual location, several
also included an extensive local cheese pairings.
Fantastic value for money. Would wholeheartedly recommend!

Excellent full day tour - Excellent choice of wineries (5), lunch at Yerring Station was lovely (food and views!) and Paul was a very knowledgeable driver/host. A full day to see most of the Valley and would thoroughly recommend

Great day out well worth it - Great experience group size bang on. Paul was incredibly knowledgeable. More wines than I was expecting and fantastic meal (I had the lamb). On top of that plenty of kangaroos and topped off with a Wombat about 4 feet from the van.
Great day out. This tour shows as more expensive than others but I would throughly recommend and is great value for money.

Great Tour - We had a fantastic experience on the Vinetrekker Wine Tour! Paul (Tour Director) was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making the day both fun and informative. We were picked up at our hotel and started our adventure around Yarra Valley which was very scenic. We visited DeBortoli, Yearing Station, Payten & Jones, Coldstream Hills and Medhurst. We enjoyed visiting with the passionate staff at each winery, learning about their approaches to winemaking, and tasting a wonderful variety of wines. Lunch was outstanding, we had the opportunity to enjoy a meal at Yearing and got to select from some excellent menu options along with a glass of wine. We purchased several bottles at each winery and Paul consolidated our wine and explained the shipping process, which made everything so easy. The wine was delivered as anticipated and we can now enjoy a bottle reminiscing about our wonderful trip to Melbourne and Yarra
