Great trip! - This is a great day trip from Melbourne because it covers some pretty exciting spots in southern Melbourne. If you’re looking for a day trip that’s shorter than the great ocean road or Philip island this would be an ideal choice. Our guide Graham was fantastic and very patient and understanding with all the passengers. Highly recommend!

Well worth doing this trip - Puffing Billy, Healesville Sanctuary and Chocolate shop. - Tour driver was excellent, local lad who knew the area and shared his knowledge. As well as great communication about the various places, what to look out for and where/when to return for the bus. Also liked his choice of Australian music. Previously had great communication from the office about the trip - checking on pick up times. Shame it was a diesel train pulling the carriages at Puffing Billy but still a good experience but not what we’d hoped for - too far to return from Scotland to try again. Really appreciated all the extra information from our tour guide and the video drop of us on the train. Would have liked longer at the Chocolate place as when ordering drinks it takes ages so had to get it transferred to a takeaway cup but it was shorter due to later return of some passengers from earlier stop - not drivers fault and he did give extra time. Many thanks to our tour guide.

Would recommend - Great day out. We loved sitting in the window sill on puffin billy to enjoy the scenery. Also healsville sanctuary was delightfull. Would have loved a bit more time there. All over an excellent day with lots to see.

Graham was such a lovely... - Graham was such a lovely tour guide and ao knowledgeable as well, I learned so much from the trip about some interesting information about Melbourne and Australia. He took the initiative to take photos and videos for the tourists in his tour as well without even being asked too. Overall it was a lovely and engaging tour made more fun with Grahams sense of humor and passion in sharing his knowledge

We had a fantastic day on... - We had a fantastic day on the Wine Hop Tour exploring the Puffing Billy Railway, Healesville Sanctuary, and Yarra Valley Chocolateria. Our tour guide, Emily, was a true gem. She was incredibly insightful, sharing fascinating details and stories that made each stop even more engaging. Beyond her knowledge, her warm and caring nature really stood out; she made sure everyone in our group felt comfortable and well-cared for throughout the entire trip. Thanks to Emily, this was an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this tour!

Puffing Billy and Healesville - This was a very fun trip on the Puffing Billy steam train up the mountains. Our guide, Graham was kind, informative and has good taste in music! Healesville is a great place to see the native fauna. Wish we had more time there.

Great attractions to see outside of Melbourne - Wonderful experience with the train (I love trains) and the animals. You get to see the “big 5” for Australia all in one place, and fairly close up. Keeper talks made the experience even better. I was there with my youngest son (who’s 25) and really wanted to return because he didn’t remember our last trip when he was 3. Guides were practical with the transportation and logistics of getting us to each place. Van was full, but not crowded. I’d be happy to return! This really made the Melbourne portion of our visit.

Enjoyable - Our guide was Adam, and he was very attentive and friendly. Puffing Billy was fun, but our Healsville experience was cut short due to weather conditions, which is no one’s fault. Adam then tried to find us some wild kangaroos, which was a fun moment, albeit brief. Brace yourself when you get to the Chocolate shop.. it’s insanely packed to the rafters. And, eat your ice cream quickly or else you’ll wear all down the front of you. All in all, a pleasant day.
