Up, Up, …….and away 🎈 - What a trip ! Chris and his assistant were superb. This is truly the best way to see Melbourne - the views across the skyline and the sports venues are spectacular. Adding on breakfast at the Hyatt was also very worthwhile - lovely food and drinks. The follow up video was as just the icing on the cake - brilliant service. If I ever make it back to Melbourne this is the first trip I’d book ! 🎈

Amazing balloon flight - Out of this world.. amazing flight .. great views .. great knowledge of sights .. got an insight into unpacking and then repacking balloon .. ended off with the 5 star champagne breakfast which exceeded expectations.. couldn't recommend highly enough

An amazing experience! - We had the most amazing time ballooning over Melbourne City. The views were stunning and the piloting wonderful. Overall the experience is well worth it and a bucket list opportunity.

Disappointing and Unsafe Experience with Balloon Man” or “Unsafe Landing and Poor Customer Care - Today 28th June 2025 sunrise tour was supposed to be a special day celebrating both my birthday and my daughter's birthday with our first hot air balloon ride with Balloon Man in Melbourne. Unfortunately, while the sunrise views were spectacular, the overall experience was terrible. The operator was abrupt, demanding, and at times passive aggressive, constantly ordering us to help without much explanation. During landing, we crash-landed unexpectedly into Victoria Gardens with no explanation, which shocked the public and prompted emergency services to attend. The operator showed little concern as I began having chest pain and difficulty breathing. My children and members of the public brought me water, but the operator did not attend to me or offer any real assistance or apology. Instead, he focused on packing up and demanded my kids assist him while ignoring my deteriorating condition. Given the significant price we paid, this lack of professionalism, communication, and care was unacceptable. I cannot recommend this operator and hope they improve their duty of care and customer service.
