More than a chocolate tour - Amanda gave us not only a chocolate tour but a good tour of the lanes, arcades, and back alleys in Melbourne. The variety of experiences made it special. Haigh's Chocolates was an excellent candy store with high quality, melt-in-your mouth chocolates. The spice store provided a unique chocolate tasting. The restaurant featuring a special dumpling dessert surprised us. A stop at Clementine's gave us an opportunity to enjoy authentic Australian treats and to shop for gifts made in Australia. The Coal River shop was epecially interesting to the four of us who had been to the winery another day, and its combination of chocolates with cheese was delicious. At each stop, the storekeepers provided interesting commentary about the chocolates. You don't even need to be a chocoholic to enjoy this tour. RECOMMENDED.

Great for locals too exploring venues, and trying out amazing chocolate options. Highly recommend. - We had an incredible time on the chocolate walking tour in Melbourne! Our guide, Jake, was fantastic—he not only shared his deep knowledge of chocolate but also enriched the experience with fascinating historical tidbits about the various locations we visited. We explored five unique venues, each offering a distinct chocolate experience, but the highlight for us was definitely the chocolate and cheese pairing at Coal River Farm. The combinations were absolutely amazing, something we’d never tried before! Jake made sure we had enough time to browse each store and shop at our leisure, which added a relaxed vibe to the tour. He was personable, engaging, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. We booked this tour as part of a staycation, and it was a great way to explore parts of Melbourne we hadn’t been to before. Highly recommend this experience, especially for locals looking for a fun and tasty adventure in their own city!

An unusual but fun twist on a city walking tour. - Thorough enjoyed our tour! Easy and clear directions to meet the tour from our cruise ship. A nice tour of the CBD with lots of description and information. And the chocolate tastings were varied, delicious and unusual. Our guide Tonya did a wonderful job of keeping us together and informed. Highly recommend this tour for an unusual twist on an interesting city walking tour.

A Must for Chocoholics - This was an amazing 4 hour walking tour through the arcades in Melbourne and along the streets of downtown. We visited five chocolate shops and were able to sample multiple pieces of chocolate at each stop. Each owner explained the uniqueness of their product and what went into the making of their chocolates. Tanya and her assistant Lauren were great tour guides and would highly recommend this whether you are on a shore excursion or any other tour.

If you love chocolate,... - If you love chocolate, this tour is for you. We visited five artisian chocolate shops, a shaved ice place, and a dumpling restaurant, where we had a very pleasant surprise. Ivan, our guide, was wonderful, funny, and also pointed out architectural features and objects while giving us their histories. I thoroughly enjoyed this tour and would highly recommend to everyone.

Melbourne Lanes & Arcades Chocolate and Dessert Walking Tour - It was a fun and delicious tour. Ivan the tour guide took us to a range of chocolate boutiques where we tasted a variety of delicious chocolates. He has a wealth of knowledge about the different products and places we visited. One stop, in particular, was quite surprising - the koala dessert in the dumpling house. It was great. He showed us additional buildings as well as providing a brief but interesting history about each of them.
