No pick up was available at the airport. After a discussion and help from the travellers help desk at the Melbourne airport we took a taxi to the Sofitel. Needless to say we were most disappointed, and request a refund of the payment made. I will be advising my bank of this issues and will ask them to reverse the settlement payment. Please advise if there is anything further you require to assist in the refund for services not rendered .
