- Child fare prices apply to infants and children aged from 0 to 12 years old. Children aged 0 to 17 must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian at all times.
- Child safety seats can be requested at the time of booking, subject to availability but are not guaranteed. We are not obligated by regulations to provide child safety seats.
- Please bring: Weather proof warm clothing including hat, scarf and gloves, comfortable walking shoes with grip and a spare set of dry clothes
- Snow Equipment Hire: Guests can arrange this on arrival to Lake Mountain Resort, at their own expense payable on arrival. No pre-bookings required.
- Only Lake Mountain-provided toboggans may be used on the Village Toboggan Run, Mini Toboggan Run, and Koala Creek Run (if open)—no private sleds or makeshift slides allowed. While you may bring your own cross-country skis or snowshoes, these must be hired or sourced off-premises (e.g., in Marysville) before arrival. Lake Mountain only provides clothing and snow boots. Please note there are no ski lessons offered on the mountain this 2025 season.

Memorable - I had the most wonderful time with my son at Lake Mountain! It was his first real snow experience, and seeing the joy on his face made the whole trip unforgettable. From building snowmen to tobogganing and enjoying the beautiful alpine views, it was a perfect day filled with laughter, bonding, and so many memories. The staff were friendly, the facilities were family-friendly, and everything was well-organized. Highly recommended for families looking for a fun and magical snow escape not too far from Melbourne! 💙☃️

Amazing day at the snow - Dom was very kind and waited for people who were late on the bus. It was a good mix of places we went to. I would have preferred a bit more time at the snow. The chocolate factory was fun.

Worth Every Penny - Absolutely amazing tour. It was an action packed day! Our driver Dom, shared lots of interesting facts about the locations we visited. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again Dom!

Snowy Experience - The trip was amazing. We loved every moment of it. Our tour guide James was great showing us around making our journey as comfortable as ever with his humour. I would recommend taking this tour again next time around.
