Amazing! Our guide Elliot... - Amazing! Our guide Elliot was an absolute legend throughout the day. We had the best highlights travelling from Melbourne to the Penguin Parade and the penguin's themselves were so cute, awkwardly battling their way up the beach.

Fun Day with Kangaroo and Penguins - They should know you can't take pictures of penguins and tour should allow an hour after penguins start coming a shore. The web site for penguins does have excellent photos. Tour guide was excellent and very entertaining.

A five star experience - This tour was a fabulous way to spend the day. The bus made it easy, Jono was a friendly guide, and the animals (koalas, kangaroos, wallabies, kookaburras and, of course, penguins) were so much fun to see. When seeing the penguins, go as far down the stairs as possible and stay to the right.

Lovely day! - Wonderful day tour with James- learned so much about the area, saw all the bucket-list animals and truly enjoyed seeing the little penguins! The only issue we had was with the pickup time: all the communication from Viator was for 12:30- but the tour provider didn’t arrive then. When we communicated with them directly they said it was 1:20. So a bit of a wait

Can’t miss out on the parade with Steve’s honking! - Steve’s signature honking helped us guide our way to his bus at the end of the penguin parade! Also an excellent weather forecaster. Highly recommend!

Oh well - The bus ride, driver and stops were all fantastic (driver just needed to speak louder) but the penguins were a little disappointing I guess because there were SO MANY people, and I mean thousands, and so many of them totally disregarded all requests to put cameras away and remain seated - it was distracting and ruined the experience. Plus, we were a LONG way back from the approx. 20 little penguins, and with low lighting it was quite hard to even see them. I'm sure other nights are more fruitful, and people with better eyesight probably fare better but it's just a shame the penguin-parade organizers have chosen to pack SO many people in and don't provide enough crowd control (or food outlets)!!!

Long day but penguins make it count! - Our guide Elliot was the BEST, so charismatic and passionate for his home town. I wish there was an option to late depart for access only to the Penguin Parade however, as all the other stops are too brief or a bit basic/not worth the time. I get why they are there, to justify the 2 hour distance from Melbourne out to the penguin encounter, but I would have much rather had additional time in the CBD then spent a whole day outside the city. The penguins are AMAZING (make sure you spend time on the boardwalks after the parade) but I wish there was an option for just that.
