Excellent way to see snow - As a local Melbournian, this was the perfect way to introduce almost 3 year old grandson to snow.
No hassle, chains, stress, fatigue.
The chocolate stop was pleasant and no pressure.
It was perfect. Great service and special thanks to Neil, the bus driver.
Highly recommended.

Lake mountain - Very unprofessional! It wasn't a bus. It was a car. I don't want to say to much but I would not do this journey with this company again!

CANCELLED last minute on two toddlers - terrible and selfish - Tour operator messaged via the app at 11pm the night before and canceled the trip, suggesting we went the following week - we do not live in Victoria and are tourists on a 5 day trip.. We did not see this and were waiting from 7.30am at the pickup point - nobody showed despite no formal cancellation. Our children aged 4 and 2 were really upset. No number to contact anybody to speak to. Disappointed DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!
