Don’t recommend this place - The first part with sauna, cold ’jacuzzi’ was good. After that we came into the Hamam and it felt uncomfortable. The staff doesn’t speak English, we couldn’t understand eachother and they (male staff) behaved rather unprofessional, rude. You do NOT treat a customer with disrespect. It made us feel uncomfortable and spoiled our enthusiasm for other treatmets that followed. None of us could relax. After it was over, we expressed our displeasure in a written complaint. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this Turkish (or should I say Russian?!?) Hamam.

Very loud, didn't do a full massage, rude staff. - Very disappointing. Felt like I was in a market. The common places was packed with people and staff, who were loud always on the phones and talking with each other or trying to talk to you while you are supposed to relax. We paid more to get choices of massages and masks but did not get any. Further more they only massaged one leg and said they have no more time. It was actually more stressful then relaxing. Then we didn't want to take the buss service back, because we wanted to go to Antalya. The staff said that the buss will take us to the bus stop, and still took us to a hotel. The lady at the reception was also very rude and condescending. When we said they only massaged one leg promised us shell call with an offer to make up for it and never did. Would not recommend, specially if you speak english.

Avoid at all cost! - Do avoid this hamam by all means, especially if you are a women!! Most of the staff are males who are INCREDIBLY condescending, rude and unprofessional! I have never felt so uncomfortable!!! Not a single person speaks English so its impossible to communicate any needs, complaints,wishes or whatsoever. They treat you as if you are cattle, moving you from one place to another without EVEN a fake smile. The worst customer service I have ever seen. If you want to know how NOT to do tourism - this is the place. Shame on you and your workers for making Most of the women who were there with me extremely uncomfortable.

Dont go! - Terrible place, very dirty place, unsanitary. People are cheaters and criminals. Dont go! They Lied to my spouse, i told him to do massage, so HE agreed.

Beware of rip-offs! Avoid this place! - The Alltours tour guide sold us the Hamam package. The first time we went, our experience was very negative. We felt like we were just being passed on within a short time. After the 5-minute sauna, we came into the Hamam and entered a room where there were about 6 young men standing, all of whom were staring at us. We felt visibly uncomfortable. The Hamam lasted less than 10 minutes, then the massage. None of us could relax. And the process was exactly as described in the other reviews. Sales talk during the massage, etc. After it was over, we expressed our displeasure. They tried to force us to change the crosses on the evaluation form, but we refused. They then apologized to us and gave us a voucher for a second free Hamam. The second time was much better, more relaxed, and we bought a 50-minute lymphatic drainage massage. But they left out the aroma oil massage. But the lymphatic massage was amazing! To this day we feel like new borns. The only thing that still spoils the whole thing is that I know I paid a completely excessive price. 100 euros per massage!!! All in all, keep your hands off this (Russian) Hamam. We will take other action against this price rip-off.

The worst experience in Kemer; worst experience in Kemer - The worst bathhouse ever. Dirty and old. One woman says that they give a good massage for a lot of money and in the end they do something else. I would shut it all down. To prevent other tourists from having such a terrible and disgusting 🤢 spa. They only take money for poor quality massage 🙈. The worst experience in Kemer.

i dont like this spa - This is the bad spa I ever go, because the people there were stingy and all they did while we were there was treat us badly. Only Russian was spoken there and only the people who spoke Russian were treated like that. Very few spoke little English. The massages there were not responsible and we had to pay more than the initial price.

Horrible experience, never again - The place was not taking care of at all, its like you go to a public bath, you are pushed from a room to another by random guys that they dont look like staff reprezentative, when i say pushed i say physically pushed. The bath, idk may is part of the experince, but for sure a bad one, when he does the scrub he keeps going hard and slaps your skin alot. The massage is interupted by a sales pitch in wich it tells you how you need to have some special medical massage becouse you have some sour muscle. I went there to get relaxed but for sure i didnt get that. The place looks not well maintained (not maintained at all) the sofas are broken the smell unberable and not only it cost way too much, honestly i wouldnt go there for free...
