Luis was responsive, clear and fast. He booked us with Mauricio for the day trip to Guatape. Mauricio is an exceptional tour guide. My family travels often, and Mauricio is one of the best tour guides we've ever worked with. He is knowledgeable, easy to speak with, and fully fluent in English. He also knows fun places to stop/eat/visit along the way. The whole day felt like a great conversation, and we learned a lot about Colombia, the culture and the history. We quickly booked a Pablo Escobar tour with Mauricio for later in the week. Mauricio knows a ton about the history of the Escobar family and the cartels. He clearly reads and studies the topic. It was excellent. Throughout the week we contacted Luis for help with logistics and cars. He was wonderful to work with. If I went back to Colombia (or advised a friend travelling), I would book everything through Luis. A huge thank you to both Luis and Mauricio!

We had a two-day excursion with Luis venturing to different places. Luis is fluent in ENGLISH and extremely knowledgeable about the history of Medellin, and all of Colombia. At the beginning of the two-day tour, we took a city tour of Medellin to learn more about the many diverse surrounding areas. Then visited the local community of COMUNA 13 with stunning graffiti art and street food. Also, visited the Pable Escobar memorial honoring the endless number of victims who lost their lives during his time. Moreover, climbed the iconic Peñol de Guatapé (Rock of Guatapé) and explored various areas of Guatape. In addition, visited a petting zoo and coffee farm in EL PENOL, ANTIOQUIA with other stops along the way... Luis was an absolute great guide! He was professional, timely, courteous, historically knowledgeable and street smart. Highly recommend his services!

Guatape your extraordinaire - Our tour guide Luis was outstanding. He coordinated every detail and made it effortless. He knows folks everywhere along the way and made a personalized trip with a coffee Plantation experience, fabulous lunch, shopping trip, water Park, and of course climbing el pedrol. Awesome tour! - Awesome tour! Luis was an excellent guide. He knew everything we asked for and made great suggestions along the way. This tour gives you a great chance to see the countryside and explore beautiful towns outside Medillín. The view from the top of the rock was well wotlrth the climb!

If you don't know spanish don't take this tour - I was given a guide whose name is Arhobis. A very nice person indeed but little english skills. I booked for a english speaking tour. So tourists be aware you are not guaranteed an english speaking guide. Also, my guide failed to manage a boat ride. We were taken to a public boat for local people which was not at all we asked for. In the process we killed two important hours of the trip. The scenic drive was very good and the guide was a nice person. That is why I am giving it three stars
