One of the best ways to visit the city - We took a wonderful electric bike ride thanks to Diana. Medellin has miles of bike paths so you do everything safely and well. Super recommended with guide, Diana, who knows places and history of the city

Biking around Medellin! - This tour was amazing, you have to DO IT!!! It is a great way to discover lost of interesting and beautiful places in Medellin. Everything was top notch but the highlight of the tour was our guide Andres. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his beautiful city. He is also an expert at getting you safe from point A to point B. Me and my dad loved it!

It wasn't what I expected, it was better! - I feel very honest, my expectation with this tour was not very high; I did not expect anything bad but also nothing extraordinary, and it turned out much better than I expected. On the tour you not only ride a bicycle for two hours seeing the city, but also stops where they explain how and why the city of Medellin is what it is today; it turned out a cultural tour at the same time as sport. Our guide Dany was very knowledgeable, very open to our doubts and with good recommendations from the city of Medellin; Carlos always supporting us with traffic and those who were left behind. The tour is physically challenging but far from impossible to complete. I recommend it for adventurers!

Overpriced and too many people - 20 people on a bike tour of a busy city is far too many, especially at this high price, so I can't recommend. Also e-bikes are not necessary, the tour was completely flat and we had to turn the electric off as with so many people it is a slow tour. The guide was great but this was disappointing overall. With the cost I can't understand why they can't employ more people and have smaller groups. Save your money and get a normal bike with a company that limits the numbers!

Worst experience in Medellin - Boys to ABSOLUTELY AVOID! Obviously I read the positive reviews and I can tell you that as long as everything is fine ok, but if something unexpected happens they STEAL your money. I will tell you my experience: we arrive and a boy Dani welcomes us, clearly under the influence of drugs, he could hardly speak and always asked me the same questions to which I answered (I speak perfectly Spanish because I am bilingual) and the boy did not understand, he bleached and was clearly under the influence of drugs, it was not difficult to realize it! After 30 minutes from the start of the tour it starts to rain, they make us stop in one place for more than 1 hour and a half and then tell us that the tour would be canceled this because they had another tour scheduled shortly after, always the same guy Dani working there for this agency had no idea what would happen, if they gave us the money back or not (yet he works there, as if it never rains in Medellín! Absurd), so he tells us to talk to the other mateo guy who was not there at the metting point. We wait more than 1 hour to talk to this mateo (since Dani in addition to drugs did not know how his own tour works where he works), we get the number, I call him 5/6 times; we send him many messages to figure out what to do but nothing. Absolute silence, we wait more than 5 hours for an answer but nothing. So I decide to start complaining on the whatsapp group to all the other tourists to see if they responded. The time of a swear exclaiming a “vaf**ulo” in Spanish and immediately they write to me in private that “given my rude behavior they would not proceed with the refund” Do you realize? After hours of texting each other, they finally tell me the refund policy is 50%. I accept. It's been 48 hours and nothing, money never arrived and they don't answer messages. I don't know about you, but this is a scam. Paid a tour of 3 Hours without food 30€/120,000 Stolen pesos. Thieves and dishonest. And they even asked me to remove the review on Google because it lowered their stars. That's funny. Ah of course I documented everything so I can send the photos for you to read the messages and everything. I STRONGLY ADVISE, drugged thieves and not even their jobs can do.
