She was willing to provide a good experience as much as possible. On the other hand, the experience with Natalia was different. His attitude was not especially friendly, and his massage felt rushed and mechanical. There were no checks to confirm if the pressure was adequate, nor did she show attention to important details, such as asking if my girlfriend wanted the facial massage, considering she was wearing makeup. The face massage was very brief (less than 10 seconds) and ended up ruining some of the makeup without needing to. Something similar happened with the scalp massage, which lasted barely 10-15 seconds, although it left the hair oiled. Another detail that we found inappropriate was that one of the masseuses wore a walkie-talkie on throughout the session, which allowed us to listen to the operational and logistical communications of the center.
