Nice day tour, you get to... - Nice day tour, you get to see alot of the city of Medellin and our guide answered all questions. He was well versed with both areas and knew many of the locals in Comuna 13 (most of the other guides I saw in the area did not appear to have this kind of relationship with the community). Spoke perfect English and was a very good guide for the day.

Excellent safe transport in a beautiful Mercedes-Benz SUV - Julio picked us up at the airport and did a fantastic job. He was perfectly bilingual in English, which was helpful to us given our Spanish speaking is very limited. He was on time, contacted me promptly when we landed, and helped load and carry our numerous bags to his vehicle. We were greated to a spotless black Mercedes-Benz SUV, jad pleasant conversation during the ride, and made it safely and efficiently to our Hotel in Medellin. We were delighted with the experience and it went far beyond our expectations! Meghan was also excellent at coordinating the pick-up information and providing us with further information about tours offered by TourPoint. She quickly responds on her Whatsapp account and provides useful information and answers to questions.

Carelessness - The driver missed 2 large items that were leaning aganist the wall. This was noticed after we were dropped off at the airport. I was helping my eldery mother so I did not catch it in time. In contacting the company they said they couldn't do anything. Luckily the item were inside a secure building and I had to order an Uber to pick them up and bring them to me. There lack customer service is the reason I would never book with the again.
